Capitolhillpets.com is a fraudulent website. They have name brand handbags and some luggage for sale. I ordered an American West handbag and paid $116.00. When I checked my account they had charged me $122.00.
That handbag they sent me was a printed piece of folded over plastic bag. Not a leather bag. When I contacted them through their email address they supposedly searched to find out what happened. After several emails it all came down to them wanting me to place another order with them and they would give me 30% off of that order. I asked for a refund but that's not happening. So I have a piece of plastic that I paid$122.00 for. Capitolhillpets.com is a scam and I wish I could spread this all over the internet so no one else gets taken advantage of. Total rippoff!!!
