The program manager's of the Homeless Prevention Dept and the Rapid Rehousing departments are homophobic against LGBT worker's within their respective departments. The program manager's discriminate by utilizing slander, jokes, and retaliation against LGBT staff (this organization has a culture of this), and directors turned the other cheek when LGBT staff bring up the issues. This none profit isn't inclusive of of LGBT diversity and rights. This non-profit is located in DC which is a city that opens to LGBT diversity and rights. Furthermore, this organizations rely on funding from DC gov't in which DC provides 90 percent of it's finding to. The mayor of DC needs to be made aware of this constant discriminatory and harassing workplace for the LGBT communities.
