They ask me to drop my complaint to BBB them I will get the Loan I was approved for, I did and they still will not transferred the Loan to my account. I told them that I will refile if they don't. Will I am refiling. They want more money I am not going to do. I just want what they said. Because of that I have lost a place to live now my car. I am 71 They are using the virs a excuse not to transferred to my account. I know they are still doing business as usual. I need my founds ASAP. They will not call or do it, when they do call it is just putting me off.

They called me asking if I am still looking for a loan. They ask how much I would like, at first I just throw in amount of $20,000 they told me monthly payment would $364.37 at 3.56% for 5 years. Sound great it would help pay off my car and some other bills since I am on a fix income. They said since my check not good I would has to pay for the paper work of $580.00 stupid me I did. Then they ask for 784.00. Then I look them up and they same for real so when I had the money I gave it to them. They send me paper work to sign and notary. Then they ask for my bank to sign to let them know that I am who I am with that bank to make sure they would get their payment. My bank would not do it. They ask for 3 months of payment up front they gave me more paper work to sign and have witness with a notary. I did every thing for them they keep telling me that the deposit would be in that falling Friday. It now been a month of Fridays still nothing. When I call to see what is going on now, I was told they have to get my permission to deposit the money. I told them that is the most stupid excuse I ever heard of. Still have not received anything. Tried to call again I was told they will give the message to the manager and they will call to me back. I just don't know day or year they would. So now I am getting a lawyer. They do thing right with paper work but they will not do the deposit.
