This is my first Trust Pilot review which, on reflection I am compelled to write because I am deeply disappointed and shocked at Capital Car Park Control's practices and hope to protect companies and individuals from them in future. I'm particularly disappointed in my management company for using them.

CCPC gave me a 拢100 fine for parking in my allocated parking space in my government-assigned worker accommodation during Covid-19. I appealed and sent them a picture of my valid permit, and they still insisted on fining me 拢100 for using my allocated space on the grounds it was not 'displayed clearly'.

I'm sorry to report that during Covid-19 when many companies have developed a social conscience, these mercenary opportunists are entrapping and threatening people with debt recovery companies.

I would caution property management companies and businesses against using CCPC as they are likely to upset and exploit your clients, customers or residents and deter them from returning.
