Its been over a month and I havent got my product.

Well they shipped fast and wheel works nicely but kickstand won't stay up.

Tested the product out and it works great. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars cause it took so long to recieve.

Web site said it was in stock, still waiting on order. When I called they said it was back ordered. They charged my account right away. I don't think I will order from them again.

I ordered to tape measures and was told it make take awhile to receive them so, I ordered a tape refill you had on hand and was told I would receive it Thursday (30th). It is Saturday and I still do not have it. I need it for work.

All went well except for a back order. I figured the refills would be a well stocked item. Perhaps not.

Customer service was excellent. I needed a pair of snake chaps within a few days and had diligent customer service having inventory reviewed, accepting payment and shipping to get them to me in time.

I have no background in land surveying, but needed to get some equipment to support the use of some RTK GNSS units for testing. I did a little googling to find out what I needed, and then placed an order for local pickup. I got a call from Joel to go over the products I had ordered. Upon arrival Joel made sure I had everything that I needed, and took care to make sure that I could leave the store ready to go. Joel also went over a few RTK correction providers (one of which they sell, and another of which they don't. I always respect a salesman who can recommend a product they make no money on). I am very impressed with this company, and won't hesitate to do business with them again, or to recommend them to others.

As I entered a new work site I found the brush was waist high on average, some of the areas were higher. I ordered a pair of Rattlers (snake chaps) from Capital Surveying, the order was process and shipped in a timely manner.
