Extremely poor in sorting out any problems in the house, I have been told they didn't care about the issues I had. They sell you a dream before you move in and then as soon as you've signed the contract, they will no longer give you the time of day. Do not rent out ANY capital living properties. On google reviews they have nearly 5 stars as they gave new tenants 拢50 per review or a 拢50 discount off the first month's rent to give a 5 star review…
