Refinancing with CapCenter was the absolute BEST decision I have made all year!!!! Everyone was SO helpful, friendly, professional, and they (my team of professionals) took every measure possible to get me the best rates out there!! I had always thought about refinancing before, but I figured it would be a hassle to switch everything over. However, with CapCenter, they took care of EVERYTHING! I was able to switch from a 30 year fixed mortgage, to a 15 year fixed, got a great new interest rate, new homeowners insurance and new car insurance, which all ended up being considerably less than my monthly payments I was making before!!! (And I was able to take YEARS off my previous loan!!)

I would (and have) recommended CapCenter to every single person that is even just considering refinancing… And after my experience, they will ALWAYS be my very first choice, for anything related to the home buying process, in the future!!

Quick and simple process.

Have used Cap Center 2 times for my mortgage needs. Both times have been good experience. Even during the Covid 19 outbreak, they did a good job. I will use again if need. I am not a fan of closing cost and fees. I go Cap Center. 😀

This is a fourth time for the last 10 yrs that I am using CAP center. Once you use them you always will go back for their great service. It is very easy and the only NO closing cost financing available. The interest rates that they are offer are almost always the lowest one.

Everything went very fast and smooth. Our closing lawyer offered to go over every detail if that is what we wanted. Being older I do not like the fact we had to work thru a portal for most of it but we could speak with a real person at any time.

CapCenter refinancing was a very streamlined and painless process. All of their agents are available everytime you call and are more than willing to help or answer any questions you may have. I will be referring everyone I know in the market to refinance through CapCenter.
