Ordered a hat for Christmas in early December 2019. After 2 months, and reading some reviews I decided to cancel my order. It hadn't gone to production so they said no problem.
It's now early December 2020 and I have a massive list of emails from them promising refunds – yet here I am with no money OR the stupid hat.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Order took much longer (almost 5 months) until the cap arrived with a lot of necessary email reminders and than design was wrong. Tried to claim and customer service guy was not very helpful. Finally he responded to raise to the management, after this never heard something back neither got my money back. Crappy company, crappy customer service!

This is the absolute worst company. I have given them nearly 7 months to deliver my order. They have automated systems "carlos" who respond to me only to be completely useless. I generally would have asked for a refund and that's it but I needed these hats for events, they've let me down tremendously. I have over 18 emails with them all of which result in nothing. By the time they shipped my order at month 6 I had moved. I asked to update the shipping address and they can't seem to do it. Whoever works here seem def and blind. Never order from here! See photos below my order was placed on 4/7 i have still been asking for my order to this day unreal.

I ordered hats for my husband鈥檚 plumbing business and received the hats without the P in plumbing embroidered on the hats. Since June I have been trying to get what I paid for and they keep telling me they are in process. I don鈥檛 think I will ever get what I paid for and I would not recommend this company.

I ordered 1 Hat with a small lion and says Wild Kingdom… It took 2 and half months to get the hat when I got the hat the quality was HORRIBLE. The "WK" Spelled WH" Still fighting to get my refund and that was over a month ago. SCAMMERS> Take a look at photo below horrible quality for a hat i paid over 40 dollars for.

Do not order from this company. Its been 9 weeks since I placed my order and I have received zero communication from anyone. I've emailed multiple times asking for an update on my order and get the same auto response each time. I work in customer service and understand delays due to COVID, but not communicating with your customers is unacceptable.
