Items out of stock and I have been looking for a long time so it鈥檚 not just related to covid. I don鈥檛 really like that you鈥檙e instantly sending a survey too I feel like I should have the product in my hands before you want and sort of satisfaction survey I know you鈥檙e just asking about the ordering process but it seems quick to be looking for survey responses.

Web site was clean and easy to find what I needed.

Website is informative and easy to navigate. I wish there were diagrammatic drawings with the inside and outside dimensions rather than just text. Also detailed pictures or diagrams of any tie-down or hold-down features. I purchased the product based on price and independent reviews.

So far, the coolers that I see on your website are far superior than that other stupid name brand everyone likes. I do not like to buy products just for their brand name, but I would rather do research to find a better product with an unbeatable warranty. So far, so excellent in ever way imaginable!

One thing that would have made this a 5 star was if I knew how long shipping would take prior to placing my order, or even if it had a time frame (5-10 business days, 2 months??) on the confirmation email. Was nice that it is free shipping, but no way to plan for arrival. Ordered this as a gift and just HOPING it arrives in the next two weeks for Christmas.

Every canyon cooler I have (103, 55, 23) is so much stronger and better quality than the YETI COOLER (120) I had.

I recently purchased a outfitter 125 decided to go back and get A outfitter 103, It showed that the baskets Where out of stock so I called to find out how long it would be before they Would be back in stock Luckily for me they just came in. They were able to put them on the Website so I was able to make my order and not have to pay shipping for the baskets They were very helpful. Excellent customer care service!!!
