Worst on-line buying experience ever! Their products look good on the website and even passable when you get them. Unfortunately,their watches are just plain junk and their customer service is non-existent to obscene. Their solution to every problem is for you to send more money and/or buy another one at a discount. Unless you are a total masochist, ignore them like the plague and buy elsewhere!

I ordered a Patek Phillippe watch that took 5 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, a screw was missing from the back and you could see right into the watch. It was supposed to be automatic, but it never worked for more than a couple of hours. I sent them pictures, argued about the $75 shipping charge to send it back. They then offered to replace it if I payed their shipping of $20. The watch NEVER worked!

I have had a mixed experience with canwatches.Firstly,in their favour,they always responded to my e-mails within 24 hours.I purchased a watch from them with a free offer of a Mont Blanc pen.The watch arrived together with an EMPTY Mont Blanc satin-lined box.I informed them of this and was asked to send photographs of what I had received and details of all inscriptions on the packaging.I assumed that they were stalling and requested that they sent me a pen.This they did.Unfortunately by this time the crown(winding wheel) of the Cartier watch broke off when I tried to alter the time.I informed canwatch and they requested that I have it repaired and they would pay up to 20% of the purchase price towards the cost of repair.My local jeweller informed me that because the watch was a copy the Cartier part would not be the same as the copy,hence he could not repair it.I informed canwatch and they offered to give me a 40% discount on a second watch.I refused this and they then offered to send a replacement watch if I would pay he postage($11).I agreed and They duly sent me a Cartier watch(a different model because I was wary of the crown/spindle design).This watch is perfectly satisfactory.Throughout canwatch was polite.So persist and hopefully you will get satisfaction.

Same as the others – I did get a beautiful replica with all the bells and whistles of a real Rolex…but…the crown didn't work! I emailed them right away — many, many times to get their return address so I could ship it back like their guarantee said and they could send a replacement (thinking they were legit) and they kept asking me to send pictures of the watch, watch a video they sent me on how to open the wrist band (???) always thanking me but never, ever giving me a return address, which is what most credit card companies require – that you return the watch to them – before they will credit you for the loss…Mine "only" cost $80. As an aside, I did get a bad one from Ultimate Replicas…and they replaced it immediately with a really nice one.

This company is bogus and based in honkong- please do not buy anything from them. I placed my order since june 1st and never heard from them again-total $110. in the toilet!!!

first watch i ordered took a very very long time to get to me, about 6 weeks! but it was nice a patek philippe nautilus. then i ordered 4 others which have turned into a nightmare. wrong watch styles sent, watches that did not work, one watch with a bent minute hand, and trying to get them to sent me replacements impossible. no return address given, they want you to be responsible for return costs. but no info given about address or customs. i have 15 emails and now i will register a dispute with my credit card company. also i have a feeling that many other companies selling replica watches are exactly the same people using a different name. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bpj

Total set of scammers, don't even think about buying from these people.Ordered 2 watches 1 week passed before they asked for confirmation of order, a few days later tell me one of the watches is not available and to choose another which i did ,few days later tell me the other watch was not available and give me a choice of 2 other watches non of which where suitable. Keep asking for a refund but just get the run arround, looks like i will have to take this up with my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! BOUGHT 4 WATCHES FROM THEM ONE WAS JUST OK AND THE OTHER 3 WERE GARBAGE AND FALLING APART!!! It says on their website that they have a refund policy so I sent an email to them asking for the return address to get my money back and they would always beat around the bush and tell me they would give me 20% off my next order and they keep sending that with no return address. So much for that $180. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! LET MY EXPERIENCE BE A LESSON TO YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

As of yet im unsure how my transaction will end up but alarm bells have already started to ring! I placed my order on 26th June 09 because the site had the best pictures and looked professional. It is now 30th June and according to the site my item has the status of "delivery is arranging". I have emailed the site 3 times now asking when my item will be shipped and as yet have had no reply! After a bit of digging I found that the site is being paid for and maintained from china but is hosted on a UK server, I paid $80 for my watch and $20 for P&P so im not very happy. Anyone else dealt with this site please leave a comment RE your experience. Thanks.
