Canvasstand

Products take much longer to arrive than expected if they arrive at all. My package was lost by DHL literally a month ago and I am still trying to get a refund. I contacted the seller many times and after several weeks and finally threatening to contact my bank to dispute the transaction they responded saying that they are on "holiday" and will process my refund when they return. That was over a week ago and I have emailed them every day since. Not sure what holiday they have been on since december but I feel as though they are putting me off until i give up on the matter. I'm giving them a few more days then I am reporting them and disputing the transaction. Recently I purchased several items coming from china from several companies and every single one of them have either come late, wrong or not at all and getting the seller to respond is nearly impossible. bottom line… dont buy direct from china.
