I placed a BOGO order on SUNDAY Dec 31, then another BOGO order a few hours later. I immediately followed up with email stating if BOGO not good on BOTH orders, Please cancel the second one. ( MONDAY HOLIDAY) Tuesday Jan 2, I followed up with phone call about 9 AM, spoke to someone calling themselves 'JESSE' who told me "TOO LATE" to cancel,order already processed. ALSO told BOGO is only good on one order. (DOES NOT state this ANYWHERE on website).
After much discussion I was told "OK, we will honor it this time" and refund difference to my PAYPAL acct. NO REFUND! , NEXT CALL, 'Jesse' (spoke to the same guy on phone EVERY TIME!) claimed 'takes a few days', but still no refund. Call 3rd time, 'Jesse'said 'accounting kicked it back' I will do it again right now… (paue).. DONE!". Still no refund, Nother call another LIE. Their strategy seems to be say anything that will delay long enough so you get tired of the game and forget it. OR, so payment processor (paypal) will not accept a dispute report or claim. (Paypal does not have a complaint category for vendors refusing to provide promised credits. I filed for fraudulent use of account (the closest complaint category I could find), and was refused because I had placed the order myself. They completely ignored the fact that vendor was advertising a 'BOGO' and I was charged for both items at full price.
This guy is an outright liar, and a miserable human being. I would never do business with this company again, nor would I reccomend them to anyone.

This company is terrible. I ordered 4 prints and each one of them was ruined. For my troubles they thought it was best to give me a refund of $14.80. Which is absolutely insulting. They will not be in business for long and I would go somewhere else so you don't have pictures that look like a grade schooler did them.

I should have checked other people's reviews before I ordered from this company. They printed 1 of my canvas in the wrong direction. Had to provide screenshot of my order showing my photo as landscape but they still argue I selected a portrait canvas. Very argumentative, don't answer emails, stay away. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered canvases the size and direction I wanted they they printed them all wrong. Called to have them reprinted after I had to send them a picture proving it was wrong. Then nothing for another two weeks. Called again and asked for a refund. They said it would be don asap but two weeks later still nothing. Thank goodness for a great bank that opened a case against them and I got refunded. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THEM.

Not only are the other reviews here correct about the non-existent customer service, be aware that they also do business under several names (i.e. Poster Factory). The prints themselves were satisfactory, but whatever you do, don't over the framing. The frames they sent cost $48. I found them at Walmart for $3.99. Besides being sold something that was so cheap, they packaged them together and the cheap frames came in damaged, scratched on the thin plexiglass, cracked and the frame falling apart. Least you think it was UPS, the box was in perfect condition, it was a very simple sixth grade logic, if you are going to bubble wrap more than one together, don't put them facing each other but put them back to back. Because they were for Christmas, since I couldn't get the company to respond, I had to go buy frames for the 4 photos that I bought so this became a rather expensive print in the end.

I sent 2 pictures to print canvas on BOGO. They contacted me and said one of the prints would not come out good. Great they called. I told them if it would not come out good then cancel the order. They said OK. I received both canvases today. The one looks horrible. It was supposed to be cancelled and they did the photo anyway. Absolutely horrible service. I didn't want to pay for something that would not look good. Never again will I use this company. Beware….

I tried calling multiple times. Nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and after I make it to number one in the cue, it dumps into voicemail. When I finally got to a human he was so rude. Jesse I believe he said his name was. He said he can't tell me when it will ship. I said I just want I can't cancel it then. He said I can't! What kind of business is this?!? don't let the professional looking site fool you too. Do not order anything from them

By far the worst customer service I've ever had! My package was a week late, and the owner did not bother to send an email or call to explain why it was going to be late. He held my package hostage from me for 2 days, and threaten to send my package late if the comments wrote about his company weren't taken down. When I finally got my canvas it was noticeable that it was off centered, and he wouldn't respond to my calls or texts to get it replaced. His policy on his website is a joke. You will not receive a refund, or a replacement. When he found out that I had wrote a bad review on another site, he started sending me threatening text messages. He stated that if I didn't take down my bad reviews, he would report my account to the attorney general. He then proceeded to spend an hour and a half repeatedly calling me on two seperate phone numbers. Dealing with him is comparable to dealing with a child refusing to sleep. If you would like to deal with an adult baby who has no sense of being repsectful to first time, or returning costomers, and will harass you over a bad review, then please use his company. I was a first time costomer, and I will not be using his company any longer!

Placed order and didn't receive by the date I was told. Called Customer service and jessie told me that it was shipping Wednesday.It did not. Called again on Friday and before I could even give an order number for customer service to look it up- i was told my order was delayed. I asked how he knew this when I didn't even give him an order number to look up and he said because all orders are printed but not shipped. When asked how they were all printed Monday and on Friday still not shipped- I got no answer. I asked to speak to management or supervisor and was told NO. Little did this company know I had ordered from several companies and was doing a review for a blog. All companies passed with flying colors with exception of this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My client's order is extremely late and all the person claiming to be the manager had to say was sorry we are behind? Seriously? I asked for a refund and told him to cancel my order and he said no I'm not doing that. I will NEVER order another thing from them again. They were my supplier for over a year but they are impossible to get on the phone or answer a simple email and when they do answer it's some rude person claiming to be the owner with 0 customer service skills. He held my order hostage until I removed my negative reviews and has been harassing me by phone to remove them. They don't care about you, just about the bottom dollar. Today was the final straw.

Canvas Print Factory does not operate like a professional business – the customer service is nonexistent, and the quality I received on my order was poor. Their "return policy" asks you to call them, which just sends you to voicemail – brilliant business right? I've yet to hear back from them regarding the grainy quality of the product they sent to me – left voicemails, emailed, etc. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I have used Canvas Print Factory several times and have been very pleased. They have made my photos look so professional. I am more than pleased! I have had them print 10 pieces for me and I'm planning to do more. I am going to do an entire wall of photos from my trip to the Netherlands and Canvas Print Factory have already printed 5 and I have plans for them to do at least another 10.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR CANVAS FROM THEM!!!! The quality of the work is horrible. Wedding canvas turned out grainy from pictures from a professional photographer! Absolutely horrible customer service and they would not provide a refund.

I spoke with a guy named Jesse. He has to be the rudest customer support person I ever talked to. I called up to check on the billing of a particular order I made and he just hung up on me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Please stay away from this company

I gave this company two chances and a full month before writing this review. The quality of the prints was poor, the sizing was off and there was ZERO follow-up after two emails and a month of patiently waiting for them to at least attempt a resolution.

Had 3 comparablr pics put on canvas using different companies. The other 2 companies did great. Canvas print factory did the smaller print 11 x 14 and ir is blury while original is not.

We had a super tight deadline and Jesse made our order happen! We placed our order on Monday 9/11 and had our two canvases on Wednesday 9/13. They are beautiful and just what we had hoped for. Thank you SO much for the great quality and service!

While the Prints are OK, they aren't bad. They fact that I paid for shipping and got them a week late. When I called to check on status, the customer service rep was a, rude and b, incompetent.
Not going to do business again with them!

This place should not be in business. Was told my order would ship within 5 days of receiving the order. It has now been 3 weeks. I called and was told that they were busy. That they had 500 + orders to ship. Mine was "printed" on the 11th and it is now the 23rd. Stay away these guys are the worst of the worst

Placed an order with for 2 canvas prints for the same size so they would look good next to each other. Received an email to call them back tried for days to get a hold of someone with no success. They finally sent me the canvas's and one of them was the wrong size.

Still unable to get a hold of anyone to discuss this. You are really taking a gamble on this company.

I received damage goods that were not on time and I can't reach anyone to discuss the matter. I think this is one guy who has a Verizon cell phone, from what I can tell. The phone rings and rings and then you get a Verizon canned outgoing message (the number you are calling could not be reached, leave a message).

This company offers zero customer service. The person who answers the phone in customer services, Jesse, doesn't care and make no apologies about your order. Believe me, they got your money, but they don't care if you get your item. I've called customer service twice now for an Item that was ordered over 3 weeks ago. The excuse is "we are busy". Well with this type of customer service you won't be busy for long. I won't order from them again, and I would never recommend them. I've NEVER seen worse service in my life.

I received my canvas prints in less than a week and they were absolutely beautiful!! I called first once I read all of the reviews since the price was so great and he guaranteed me a great job and that he did!! Thank you!
