Didn't deliver, kept my money, poor communication and eventually when the product was delivered–it was TERRIBLE quality. If these are the types of correspondences you want to be having with a company, work with CanvasPop–just make sure it's not anything that is important or sentimental or you need delivered on time because it won't get there: "It鈥檚 now been nearly a month since I placed my order for a memorial gift for my friend. You estimated it would be delivered over two weeks ago. You next claimed you would sent a replacement. I have not received any items from you, any shipping confirmation and you have you kept my money all this time. At this point I have no choice but to request and immediate refund in full. Please confirm receipt."
