First, their print did not read the embedded ProPhoto color profile from the image, which ended up printing all the colors wrong (a dark and slightly green tint). I was upset about this and wrote a rant on customer service. Michael there sorted out the issue for me and the second print was a success! The quality of the print is good (when the color issue was sorted out). Only as tip I can say that read the FAQ and the recommended color profiles from there. Even though it says all profiles are supported, the conversion to CMYK profile might turn the colors all wrong. You're safe if you submit in the recommended formats.

I had printed out the picture used in the canvas earlier as poster, and the colours were pretty much spot on with what I saw on screen. On the canvas, the colors were way off and the quality wasn't great, however, for the price I'm satisfied. Also to be noted, delivery was very quick and I was kept imformed on the progress throughout the whole process. So in short, if you're looking for a premium print, maybe shop around for a little more and probably end up paying more, but if you're not super picky, this is a great choice.

I had a problem with goods damaged in delivery : it was fixed quickly and good replaced : 10 out of 10 points on fast problem solving.
