Despite claiming to ship domestically in NZ, my order was outsourced to India and did not arrive on time. Worst of all, they never bothered to communicate this to me. I had to request tracking info (which they did not provide, likely to hide the scam). I then had to complain ultiple times. Do not believe their website. The "guaranteed" shipping time is a lie. This is not a delay due to Covid, which is both understandable and expected. This is just another company lying to make money.

This was my first order with frameshop and I was so impressed with every aspect of the experience. Website was easy to navigate, product range was extensive and my very good quality frames were delivered in 2 days. Fantastic

Update: since posting this review, Canvas Print have emailed me advising me that they will refund my money and requesting in return that I remove this negative review, I will not remove it but I have added 1 star for returning my money. 2 stars out of 5.

1star for deliver time being accurate and 1 star for eventually returning money owing to the customer.

Previous review:
I dont trust Canvas Champ for the following reasons:
1. Their production happens in India, their website deceptively has a local address.
2. The quality of the work produced is poor.
3. I paid for hardware installation on my art prints (hanging wall attachments on backs) which I paid $13 each for. The products arrived without them. Due to gallery exhibition deadlines I had to courier the prints straight to the gallery and they will have to arrange the hanging themselves. I wrote to canvas champ on the same day. It took them 5 days to reply asking for photo evidence, I explained that their request comes too late and that the prints were no longer in my possession to which I recieved this reply "Dear Customer

No refund for the service they didnt provide… leaving me $53 out if pocket.

That, to me, is theft.

4. They ask for a trustpilot review on their website before you have even purchased the products, at which point you have had no experience of their customer service. This is how they get so many 5star reviews! Because the buyer hasnt even finished the full transaction to truly know how bad their customer service is!

Last month It was birthday of my younger son and i had been looking for printing some of his birthday photos on canvas. I pick up Canvas Champ from 2-4 top search results of canvas printing websites in New Zealand. I am pretty impressed with the materials and on time delivery. They have estimated about 7-10 days of shipping but my product was arrived within 5 days. Packaging and the service they providing are just amazing. I will surely try for one more order for printing one of my wedding photos on canvas.
