Canvas Factory

This is probably the fourth or fifth order with canvas factory. Just like my other orders they were timely and the final product quality is outstanding. Their prices are amazing as well.

Product came out well. One corner of the canvas wasn鈥檛 tight but it was adequate. Biggest issue was it did not come from US but instead China which took FOREVER. I specifically looked for company based in US.

I had been wanting to print a 5 panel canvas with one of my landscape shots for years and so glad I finally did. They knocked it out of the park. Great detail and the colors are perfect. It is the centerpiece on our living room wall.

Had a photo printed on metal. The finished product is very good. The reason for three stars is because I placed my order December 9th. I requested the professional review. By December 21st I had not received any update. I reached out to Canvas Factory for a tracking number or cancellation. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it shipped on the 19th, but FedEx didn't receive tracking info until December 23 and it was being shipped from China. It didn't arrive until December 31st. Very disappointing experience.

My canvas prints are as expected. They come ready to hang, and the quality is good. No complaints!

My experience was excellent! The team was professional and responded to my emails promptly. The initial picture I submitted was low quality and the team gave me the opportunity to provide a higher quality image. I am completely satisfied with product. The canvas came ready to hang.

Ordered 7 canvasses of our wedding photos. Didn't go with the design + option and all turned out great. Really impressed with the speed; ordered on the 17th Dec, shipped on the 20th and arrived on the 21st in time for Christmas.

Bad. Haven鈥檛 received my order

After inspection of the canvas print I found a stretch in the print that was the result of poor packaging. It is noticeable and completely takes away from the print.

I ordered 4 prints and they all came out beautifully! I am so happy with my prints. I strongly recommend!

Pleased with the end result. It was a difficult image but received the needed advice to feel comfortable.

Good Quality, print looks good, delivery time was vague but ended up being fine.

The picture quality is great but I paid the extra cost to make sure to get the best picture and his hair is a mm from the top of the print and it looks like his picture is cut off. A little disappointed

It took a very long time to receive after the final sign off on the changes. It departed Hong Kong…yes, Hong Kong on June 10, 2020, and arrived in Los Angeles Customs Affairs Office on June 16. I did not receive it until June 30!

Great Service, kept me informed through the whole process from when I ordered to when it was in review, when it was in production, and when it got sent. AWESOME JOB.

The proofs that I got was never checked. I explained in great detail that the images had extra bleed because the bleed information I was provided by customer service was incorrect. Conversations went back and forth for over a week and not even 1 time I got something that was close to print-ready! Customer service refused to even try to adjust images to fit the frame and I was not able to do it because the tool is not accurate enough. Trying to get my proofs for over a week made me run pass my deadline. In the end I gave up and asked for my order to be canceled and money to be refunded.

I went to another company and provided them with exactly the same files and had absolutely no issues whats so ever. I was able to get perfect proof from another company on the same day and get the printing started!

I will never try to work with Canvas Factory again!!!

While I had hoped the order would arrive sooner, I could not be happier with the final product! I will definitely shop here again!

Love the canvas and was very reasonably priced.

I had an issue with the first delivery and it was rectified immediately! The customer service is outstanding and the second set of pictures turned out beautifully.
