Canvas Art-direct

I ordered 2 paintings which arrived when I was on a two week holiday
abroad.My son signed for them but when I got home and unpacked them they were not what I was expecting and I was not satisfied.When I contacted Wall Art Direct they told me my 14 days customer return policy had expired and there was nothing they could do.I mean it is still summer and people go away on holiday but they don't take this into consideration!So if you order anything make sure you are not going away on holiday or you will end up stuck with a product you do not want.When I contacted their customer service by e mail to complain they never even had the courtesy to reply.Very disappointing.

Does not send the products ! I should have realized after receiving an email that my order was "with the DPD" , without a tracking number or anything 😛

Funky website packed full of canvas prints, I bought 3 Oasis music canvas prints for my husbands birthday and he loved them. Price was good, product quality was good and service was all that was needed.

Great looking site, easy to navigate. Purchased 2 prints for birthdays presents and was able to specify a different delivery address which was perfect. Value for money and service was easy going but efficient.
