I did not have my 5280card when we left the parking lot. I called two weeks later with the receipt number and was able to get credit for the number of days we had parked and the discount that I did not receive because I did not have the card originally. Very helpful and very smooth!

As always, Canopy is my first choice for leaving my car and I always choose the Valet service. The staff is wonderful every time I arrive to when it is time to pick up. I arrive and leave so easy and the discount program is the best. Thank you for always taking care of my and my family when we travel and I will see you again!

I made a reservation and arrived at 3am. We waited at covered parking for 10 minutes, and there were no shuttles, so we walked to the valet parking. After waiting another 10 minutes, a shuttle finally pulled up, but only had room for half our party. It took another painful 10 minutes for a second shuttle – we nearly missed our flight due to the delays.
On our return we arrived late due to airline cancellations, so I called early to prepare for our pickup during the March blizzard. We missed their first shuttle pickup, then it was another 15 minutes for the next shuttle. After loading, I told the driver our parking spot, and he interrogated me on which row we were on, if I turned left or right, and how many isles I passed before parking. Why do you have parking spot numbers if the drivers dont know where they are?
I've used Canopy Parking the past several years, but the last several negative experiences are convincing me to use Uber or another parking lot instead.

The driver at the parking lot would not drive to where we parked…same row, chose an empty spot and he sat 100 yds away and expected us to walk to him. When I made a comment at the airport drop, he swore and threw the tip back at me. Also, your lot is full of potholes. SAD!!!

Great service! They pick you up & drop you off Right at your vehicle. Pretty quick to the arrivals pick up area too. If you create an account and provide your express tolls transponder info they set you up so you never need to worry about a parking ticket. The location is convenient and I am very pleases with the service. This is always my go to parking for DIA

I arrived at my parking spot early in the morning. I waited over 15 minutes for a shuttle to show up, it never did. After watching 2 more shuttles drive right by me, I called Canopy customer service. They told me that they only had 2 shuttle running and they would be there soon. By the time one showed up, there were about 15 other people trying to get on at the same time. Luckily, I arrived at the airport early or I would have missed my flight. I have always had great service in the past, but this was not a good experience for me. I doubt that I will park here again.

I landed early in the morning (around 730) and waited at least 15- 20 minutes in the bad weather. It was long enough that a driver from another company asked me if I was ok and if I was waiting on a shuttle. The shuttle eventually came, and all other aspects of the service were fine.

Reservation made online, drove right up to valet and had a little wait for shuttle. Return trip – the bus was waiting for us (not really- just good timing), pulled into valet and our vehicle was waiting for us! Great service!

service here is exceptional. You go in and park and as you are taking you baggage out of car a shuttle pulls up and loads your baggage in the van and off to airport. On return the shuttle picks you up and delivers you to your car and helps load baggage in car. Then you drive out to the exit and show app and off you go. Love this place
