Scam
As soon as i went to the website it a pop up message asked mee what the problem was for my printer. i explained, he failed to help me and gave me a number to call. the number was 1877760611.
when i called, the guy directed me to go to www.helpme.net to put in a code. This is not canon printers support line, nor has it anything to do with fixing printers
