If you're like me, here's your situation: many Canon EOS cameras have slowly accumulated: Rebel, T3, T5i, 80D… And as each one has improved over the other, pictures of hours have also improved. You've acquired many EF lenses for Canon full frame cameras along the way, which also fit on your Canon APS-C cameras. There are also a few cool flashes, tripods, cases, and memory cards for you.

I do not know why the product had to be so epensive. Is it just because it was made by canon and canon has been in the business for quite a long time. Eiehter way what I got works just fine but I have seen better. Canon nedst to get serious and make better products.

There is no other manufacturer I turst to make better cameras if not canon. I have bought quite a few goods fromt their store and not oce have I ever been dissapointed. Canon offers quality and that is why I will always prefer it. The price is high because of that reason but that should not be a major concern.

This website is good but what I do not like are the prices of all the goods.You guys have been there even before I was born. It would be better if you kind of dropped your prices. Apart from that your products are great and they work very nice. They are better than these cheap products on the market these days.

Bought a Canon Pixma G1200 online. Doesn't come with USB cable to setup printer or to print with. No WiFi or internet capabilities. Why in the world would you make such a printer in this day and age. Avoid this cheap company. My wife and I will stick with Epson. I wish I could give 0 starts, which is how bad this company is. Can't even upgrade the printer to make it better.

Got the Canon EOS M50, love the tilted screen and how light it is.

While I have no criticism of the product itself as Canon is absolutely my preferred make of camera, I recently ordered the 6d directly from their website. I then found that Canon use UPS to deliver, so I took the day off work in order to sign for my camera between the enormous delivery window of 9am-9pm. At 8:07 on the delivery day the package is loaded onto the van, apparently, and since then it is nowhere to be seen. It has vanished. UPS can't tell me where it is, only that it wasn't delivered. I try to contact Canon in addition to UPS to help me, and their customer service is virtually inaccessible. I still have no camera, no explanation, no alternative and no help from either UPS or Canon. I'm so stressed and upset because that money was saved and hard earned and until this point Canon would be the only brand I would consider. This will deter me from any future purchases if not resolved.

The menu design is easy and friendly for begineer, i could get familiar with skills in a short time, and the manual is quite thorough to help me out.

Got mg7540 for a few years. Not bad product, good quality for home usage.

Where our (not cheap) Canon Pixma TS8050 was initially pleasant to work with, it quickly became clear that Canon does not want to leave any uncertainties about stopping feeding their dairy cow:

"Scan to cloud is only available to genuine Canon ink users".

So because I – unintentionally – ignore their own expensive INK, can I suddenly no longer SCAN to the cloud? Canon has already become so arrogant that they no longer try to put forward the argument of "the best performance with original cartridges". This is purely monopolistic, a gross insult to the long-standing principle "Customer is King" and I therefore advise everyone not to encourage this attitude. After liters of Chromalife 100 ink I now no longer buy any Canon products.

Support helped me twice walking through issue with Pixma printer. One time we couldn't get it to work and they shipped me a new one for free.

The other time, the rep walked me through a few steps and got it working.

Great products.
Be aware Canon are overselling 4K video, all models from M50 up to 5D IV, the 4K is useless. Big crop, no dual AF and video files are much too big.
4K with Canon starts with C200. Anyway Canon advertise for cinematic 4K with a lot of cameras. TEST before buying.

I can tell about any company by their customer support. Usually, if everything works great you are lucky but when you encounter an issue this is where the problems begin. However, this is not about Canon. Responsive and prompt customer service. Sent my lens to repair and maintenance, and it was done in a week! They never forget about you and will answer any questions right away. Happy to chose Canon!!!

Printer never works.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. Stay away from MG3022. I've actually printed 2 pages successfully. The rest of the time it just randomly spits out blank pages. I've had for 4 months and each time I turn it on, I think maybe it was something I did. I re-read all the info- trouble shooting, website, owners manual. I can safely say at this point Cannon it's not me it's you.
