I ordered some garden plants from this company, but one part of the order was never delivered. In spite of numerous attempts to raise the matter with the company, they have not responded to my complaint, other than to send an auto-generated email stating that "the matter is being dealt with"… Given the number of excellent companies which exist in this field, I won't be using 'the Canny Gardener' again.
