bought some goods from them, needed an invoice, had to call them 4 times, finally escalated to the manager who wasn't patient and didn't want to help. Didn't want to tell her name, said she is the manager, the owner of the company and doesn't have a time for chat. No customer services, ignoring people and lack of knowledge how to communicate with respect and professionalism. They just lost another customer.
