Do not be fooled as I did by their pretty templates, all they have is a pretty template, it was completed useless and email support only. When you ask multiple questions you get a one-line answer that is not helpful at all. I don't write reviews but I was just extremely disappointed and had to write this because I don't want anyone to be fooled by their pretty template that is useless. No word can experience my disappointment on them, didn't use their template had to create my own.

i wanted to work with them but communication was not convenient. they only contact via email so i got emails days later or never get a response at all. i ask for a link to purchase the product and i received no response at all so i was left with no other options but to find someone else. i had to go find a business plan writer somewhere else because my questions were not answered and i was not confident in the product purchase. id you need a business plan look up masterplans. i am very disappointed. i am already recommending others to masterplan if you want a cannabis business plan.
