Can only agree with all the others here, David was super friendly, answered fast and was very understanding of My problems, lifelong customer here !

I never normally write reviews but I knew I had to after the support given to me by CandyKeys. David has replied to the MANY questions that I've given him and even when I bought from elsewhere he still helped me with general questions. I cancelled the order and bought from him above my budget based upon his service. He will always reply to your emails regardless of the time of day and has just provided one of the best services that I have experienced. He's probably fed up of my constant emails by now but I will always try to buy through CandyKeys.

Answered my questions via email on the weekend, sort helpful and friendly. Super quick shipping and loving the keeb. 10/10 will be buying more stuff in the future 🙂

Bought a number of items from CandyKeys during the last year and couldn't be happier. A few times I've been in contact with support and they've always sorted it out swiftly. Last time one of the keys in my keycap set was broken and they immediately sent a complete new set!

Awesome store for both seasoned Mech Keyboard enthusiasts and newcomers that are just starting with the Hobby.

Bought multiple keycap sets and switches from them and I've always been happy with both prices and the product. As one of the biggest stores in Europe of course everything is always original and straight from the original manufacturers.

They are the main proxy in Europe for a reason. The selection of items is on point and customer service is out of this world. One tip in this regard that I would've loved to know about when I first found them: Get discord and look for some servers dedicated to either vendors, keycap sets, designers, etc. You will find David, the owner (@MoesToaster – CandyKeys#1892 ), in most of the servers dedicated to kits that are for sale on the website. He took care personally of all the questions and doubts I had, extremely happy with every interaction. Also follow their Instagram account, they post most of their updates on there.

Shipping is typically fast although lately DPD has been problematic. Just bear that in mind, although I believe they changed it for DHL in the past weeks.

I would 100% buy from them over any other seller even if they offered cheaper prices for the same product just because of the customer service and attention they give.

I contacted their support numerous times and always got a friendly answer within an hour (even in weekends and in the stated vacation on their website).

I recieved my product in perfect condition,
within the guaranteed shipping time.

I will definitely buy again from Candykeys.

This is a review that only adresses the customer service.
I mean what can I say, the two times I contacted the costumer support I got a response within half an hour. And the problems or questions I had were resolved instantly.

My 20th April preorder… arrived late July.

Not exactly what I was expecting.

Candykeys warns customers they are not responsible for pre-order delays. But they could do a better job warning of the actual delay to be expected. Other websites had estimates of late July delivery well before they did. It's pretty bad to have to check other websites for more realistic delivery dates. After months of wait they then tell me "your item is being shipped and will be here in two weeks" wrong try 3. They tell me DHL has your item… Yeah at last! Just a few days now, Oh wait… Another 2 weeks to get from Germany to London. Just every part of the process is needlessly slow and badly communicated.

Now for the keyboard. Was the product wort the wait. Probably not.

No instructions & default layout does not match keys.

Novelty additional keycaps are just nasty. Sandpaper paint… light… cheap.. off colour white doesnt match the rest of the keys.

I could go on…

Orders are processed rather slowly, my order was ready to ship a week after registration on the website but it's ok if the company has huge amounts of orders. Delivery took 3 weeks (by mail). The managers were polite and attentive in my questions. BUT FINALLY I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER!! after waiting for 3 weeks, I received the wrong keyboard. Manager replied that he would check what happaned. After that, I was not contacted again, not even an apology. So I am very disappointed in the company and just advise to ask for a photo of your order before sending it, otherwise you may not get what you really buy.

Response to a reply from candykeys:
my order was placed in may and received in June 2020, now it's the end of July so writing a review is hardly premature. (maybe you mean somebody else) I don't pretend your answer now, especially during your holidays. I just think it's good for clients to know about possible problems and how to predict them because I also chose your company based on other people's reviews.

They seem to send out packages only on ~Thursdays/Fridays. So keep that in mind when waiting ^^

Awesome customer support but I unfortunately have to agree that processing the order took relatively long compared to other online stores. The packaging was absolutley fine though and even included a pack of haribos so thats great!

Great service! Delivery may be delayed but it's okay since there are not many Keyboard stores like that in germany.

This is an online keyboard store!! I have purchased multiple GMK sets from here–both group buys and extras!! They send frequent emails updating you on the stage your group buy is in! Candykeys has excellent customer service as well! Due to Covid-19, one of my two orders was slightly slower than the other and I was worried about it being lost. I reached out to customer service and David, the owner, responded immediately and sent me my tracking number. The order ended up arriving the following day. David even reached out to me, making sure everything was perfect with my order! Being in the states (Southern California), I typically hesitate to order products from overseas given the constraints/customs issues. However, I always order from Candykeys without hesitation, knowing they have top quality product that will arrive in a timely fashion!

After some problems with a guy on Ebay, I wrote to the customer support and they sorted it out for me by sending a new keyboard.
They also answer very fast to emails and requests about any product they sell on their website.

I鈥檓 new to the custom mech community, and I was very much in doubt as to what keyboard I wanted to order. So AFTER paying I wrote their costumer service and changed my order twice, to which they responded without fuzz and changed my order. If I would have been them, I would not have been that patient. So thanks again CandyKeys! Not the last time I鈥檓 ordering here.

I ordered a Ducky One 2 Mecha Mini from CandyKeys after I had subscribed to their mailing service to let me know when it would be back in stock.

Unfortunately DPD mistakenly sent the wrong parcel to my house. I got in contact with the guys over at CandyKeys and explained the situation to them. They were kind enough to send me out a new keyboard at no extra cost and I received the keyboard within a week.

I would like to say a big thanks to the guys over at CandyKeys for their help. I am really happy with the keyboard and with your excellent service.

Where is the Mecha Mini??? You鈥檙e stating on your Website that it should have arrived in late March? Mine still hasn鈥檛 arrived yet? What the hell. I just want to know when It finally arrives without having to tell you my order number.

Very quick and polite reply when contacting customer service. Solved issues before they really became issues. I will be making many more purchases.

These guys dont even ask for a review, I never write reviews, yet here I am.
The customer service is incredibly good, fast responses by e-mail. Shipping took about a week (Germany to Netherlands). 3 days to process an order is a bit long so they could improve on that, though it did give me the time to think and cancel one of my orders eventually. All in all amazing though and really good pricing on their products. Happy with the high quality Leopold FC980PD keyboard they delivered, happy there are keyboard vendors like CandyKeys in Europe without inflated prices. Would recommend shopping here.

Overall I am very happy with my experience.

I pre-ordered a Leopold FC660C Silent. There was a significant delay compared to the ETA date given on the website, but I was in no hurry and if I were I would have bought something else anyway. Given the niche of the product and low supply numbers I find any delay perfectly understandable.

I wrote a couple of times to enquire about the status of the shipment and they responded promptly. A legit store with some hard-to-find products in Europe. Would definitely shop again.

Ordered a keyboard I've been waiting for to be in stock for a while. I only knew it was in stock because an email reminder from them. Ordered and it was with me 4 days later. Couldn't be happier!

Best keyboard dealers on the market. Can't really point out any negative things about Candykeys. Had some problems with some stabilisers i ordered from them a while back and they immediately offered to send me new ones. Real G's. Thumbs up for this gadget.
