I ordered multiple dresses and jackets from this company for flower girls in a wedding. The dresses were adorable and fit great! 2 of the jackets didn't fit and had to be returned. It was one of the best hassle free exchange experiences of my life! I highly recommend doing business with this company!

The dresses that I ordered were even more beautiful than I expected. The photos definitely did not do justice to the dress itself. I will definitely recommend CandyGirlDress to others.

I was very cautious because of the bad reviews but learned that the ownership changed last year. Customer service was spot on from start to finish! I had to exchange one dress for a different size and it was very easy to do. glad my sister told me to try this website!

Very unprofessional and horrible service. I ordered 3 flower girl dresses that were supposed to be the same color and received three different shades of the coral color I ordered. It totally ruined my bridal train colors and the wedding pictures are evident of this. Don't order from this website unless you want to be disappointed.

I've alerted the feds on them. If you've been scammed like me, you should too: www.ftc.gov. I think a class action lawsuit is in order.

Based on my experience, I believe you can expect from this 'scam' (not business):

* They'll steal your money.
* They'll send "information" to USPS, but won't actually take any physical package to USPS
* They鈥檒l draw payment from your account before the merchandise is 'allegedly' shipped (which is illegal btw)
* Their 'excellent customer service' will give you a lesson on manners, on how you must "be polite to others" when you question what the crap the broken English gibberish they reply with is suppose to mean
* When you demand a refund, they state they have to first investigate with shipping
* When you say 'I don't care what you have to do, I don't want the products, refund my money now,' there is no further communication from them
* They鈥檒l delete your customer service TICKET number, which contains the communication log, so you can't go back and see what you've said to each other and when

Ordered 5 dresses from Cotton Candy Dress (CCD), which they never sent, though claimed they did. The shipping tracking number kept showing no information, so I emailed CCD and told them the USPS site could only confirm, based on the tracking#, that CCD only sent them shipping "information," but basically, no physical package was brought to them.

After sending a detailed emailed to CCD about what USPS said, CCD simply replied back that my package has been shipped. I replied complaining that this did help provide me information. They replied with broken English sentences; gibberish. I asked them 'what the crap' was that suppose to mean, and they replied that I needed to be polite to others. Do they mean people like them too, frauds & thieves?

Luckily, I copied most all our communication before they deleted it. If you're dealing with them, do the same while you still can.

Of course, I've called my credit card company. Waiting to hear back. Wish I would have found all the reviews about them, besides the 5-star ones on their own website!

Terrible..no answer on phone..no response to emails faxes…charged visa 1-21..today 1-2130 still no response. .no tracking info..label made never shipped…scam!!!

The dresses run very small in size on this site. I measured my girls before ordering dresses – sized accordingly to their guide on the site – and both dresses were way too small. I had 2 and a half months, so I attempted to exchange one of them. I checked on the progress every two weeks, and was told twice that it would be there – *that* week, one time I was assured 100% that it would be there by the day of the wedding. Two days before the wedding, I checked again – and was told it hadn't shipped yet. After some back-and-forth, I asked them to cancel the order. With all the fees that it took to return the dress and to cancel the item – I ended up paying 60$ and getting *nothing* back in return. No money, and no dress. Do not go through this company.

Horrible! STAY AWAY!!! Total scam! They send the wrong dresses on purpose and then when you try to return, they refuse to give full credit. They are also very mean! I've never dealt with someone who works like this for customer service before. They told me I was annoying and I'm not getting my money back. So I'm out money and have no dresses.

I paid $16.30 extra to have a dress shipped faster (Priority Box @ 3day air shipment). It's been more than a week since I ordered the item and it's still not here. It took this store forever (5 days?) just to process the order…

I ordered a Jacket on Dec 14. and paid immediatly by paypal. After about a week checked back with company and was told item was backordered. after 2 more weeks item was backordered again. Canceled order in Jan 24th due to the fact that it would arrive too late for special event. Was told that item would not ship and I would get full refund. on Feb 11th they went ahead and shipped item..I received on Feb 17th..I refused package and the package was sent back, This company will not refund my accout as promised. They never should have sent the package ..item was canceled in plenty of time. This company has my money and I have no jacket. I checked reviews after the fact and I am not the only customer this has happed to.
