Bought a toy dog which was advertised on face book when it came it was nothing like what I ordered so asked for refund via email they started off offering me 5% refund and keep toy i refused said I wanted full refund they kept coming back increasing there offer by 5% until there last offer was 25% and keep toy that was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anymore although I keep emailing them
