Don鈥檛 do this subscription! I thought it was a cool idea so I decided to try a box, especially since the first one was discounted. Then I saw a bunch of pretty bad reviews that made me weary about having signed up for a subscription. I went to my account to cancel and saw that you have to email or call to cancel, a little strange but okay. Tried to call 20 times today and every time it rings once and then says 鈥渟orry, no one is available to take your call at this moment鈥?and disconnects. By now I am feeling really awful about trusting this company. I sent an email yesterday so here鈥檚 hoping they get back to me before I have to call my bank and cancel my card.

This company is aweful!!! Twice I have asked them to close my account and they still continue to withdrawl money from my account. Their candy is not worth the money they charge. If you want good candy buy it at the store, pay less than half the cost and get what you will actually enjoy, not just gummies!!

I've had candy club for a little over a year now, and i love it. Yes you can get some of the same candies sometimes, but most of the candies are delicious, especially if you like sour candies. Ive gotten two people candy clu as a gift and they both loved it. You can buy individual types of candies on the website now too.
I've had to call customer service once and while the wait time was a tad long, 12 minutes, they were very helpful and friendly. For me, this is way better than going to the store to get candy. You won't get the same quality from the store.

So disappointed. I had a sweet profile in check, received only chocolate items that were melted. They were also all 6oz give or take on the package. I selected the biggest box which should of been 13oz.. I emailed customer support and was told they dont send chocolate in the summer, so I obviously got sent an old box which is even worse. Never gotten back too after. A waste of money on what was supposed to be a little treat, on something I had to just throw away. ?
I have replied, still nothing back. I dont believe this is a legit company. No refund so I was indeed scammed. How can you advertise 13oz and send 6oz and that be ok, let alone only send chocolate then tell me I wasn't. I sent photos twice but was told they didnt come through. So sad

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. She's away at college and has always loved receiving surprises in the mail. She called and said it arrived but everything was melted. That's real interesting because she lives in a high rise apartment building. All mail is delivered to a central mailroom inside the building and it is air conditioned. All packages are signed for by the concierge at the front desk and hand delivered to the tenants. 1) they have no phone number. 2) it takes multiple days at two and three days each to get a response. I imagine it could honestly take a month of messages and photos being sent to resolve an issue. 3) issue was not resolved. They offered me a 5.00 refund. 4) I wasn't pleased in the first place that I couldn't pick and choose my selection. 5) I asked that my subscription be canceled. I also will post my negative review on each and every outlet I can find to complain. I'd been better off buying her a gift bag from dollar tree and filling it up with $50.00 worth of Swedish Fish. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. With love from mom.

Not very happy this month. Took twice as long to get my box as it did the first month. This is my second month. First month I accidently signed up and bought 2 box's as I was trying to add the discount ( never did get that BTW) . So I get 2 box's first month. Cancel 1 and this month get 1 but it took a full week and I get 2 jars of same candy from last month. Really.. No paper inside saying where the stuff came from like last time. For 40 dollars a month.

I ordered this for my husband & he loves it! I got him the small sizes the first time & had to change it to the larger sizes. So far the candies are wonderful 🙂 he hasn't gotten anything he doesn't like. I even reuse the jars so we both win!!!

I would not recommend. I was told by many people to not subscribe but I went ahead and got my first box and it was full of gummy鈥檚. I wish they still had a survey to take MY opinion on what I would prefer in a candy box that was supposed to satisfy MY candy cravings. I had very high hopes going in and I feel truly dissatisfied and disappointed. I definitely don鈥檛 think I would recommend unless sweet gummy鈥檚 is your thing. I really wanted to like and enjoy it but I鈥檓 sorry to say I won鈥檛 be subscribing in the future.

Beautiful display. Nicely packaged. Everything arrived undamaged and perfect. The candies were tasty. This was such a treat and a fun order to receive. Canceling was quick and easy, customer service is top notch. I sent an email and had a reply within 24 hours. The only thing I would change is adding variety. All 6 jars were gummy candies. Which are not my favorite but we鈥檙e my kids favorite so it worked out and 4 of the items I had never had before so it was fun to try new things.

Honestly, I had my reservations at first because it is definitely not cheap and we didn't like one of the candies we got. However, when I reached out to Candy Club, they fixed it right away and sent us a replacement candy of our own choice. Awesome service!

Similar to other customers, I haven't been able to cancel this subscription. I really only wanted a single box for my son at Valentine's Day. I paid for it when I received a 2nd box, and checked website to learn I'd been put on a subscription plan. I emailed and messaged via the website, requesting cancellation. No response or confirmation. I received another unwanted box this week. Emails bounce back. I sent another message through their website. No response. Don't get involved; candy subpar and not worth this hassle.

After you cancel, they will continue to charge you. Even though you canceled in plenty of time and you have an email that clearly says you will not be charged again.

I was pretty dissatisfied with this service. I'm giving it 2 stars because it shipped the same day as I ordered, and it was fast to get to me. Even then, I only planned on getting one box- it took 2 emails for them to actually reply and cancel my subscription. When I received my box, the candies inside were pretty gross. If I knew I was only going to get gummies, I would've at least ordered the sour box so I wouldn't get those tasteless powdery gummies, or the ones covered in those horrid sprinkles. I'm very upset that the only form of chocolate in the box was in that taffy, and didn't even taste like it had a hint of actual chocolate in it. The only thing that was even sort of good was the cupcake bites, and even then they were stale and the sprinkles had the texture of paper confetti. I looked at all the other boxes, and I think this one is the absolute worst of them all. I'm sad that I didn't order back in September when I could've actually gotten a good box.

I tried Candy Club for a month! The candies were delicious and fun.
I wanted to cancel my subscription because I'm trying to save up some money and cut out a lot of things I don't necessarily need. Customer service was fast and prompt and very nice.

Wish I could give them no stars. I have tried multiple emails to cancel my account and tried to call with no success. The candy was totally awful. Way over priced too. I do not recommend this company. I believe they are purposely ripping customers off. I'm currently still trying to cancel my subscription. I guess I'm going to have to call my bank to do it.

Im so disappointed! I use to get Candy Club for my family and then had to stop for personal reasons! Im now pregnant and craving chocolate! I use to pick all my candy before and now i only got to pick between SWEET or SOUR and the most dissapointing part is that I didnt get to find this out till I already paid and its like pulling teeth trying to contact someone!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS ISNT WORTH IT ANYMORE!!!

Edit: I wasn't expecting a refund but they stood by their "satisfaction guarantee". My experience has been most frustrating…but they do appear to want to improve customer experience and because of this, I'm adding two stars to a previous rating to be fair.
Summary / areas for improvement for those interested:
– Confusing imagery/text on website as to what you're actually getting in the box! Their 6-month and 12-month plan photos show 6 tubs when you're actually getting 3 (unless you enter a promo code for an additional 3 tubs). Checkout process needs to list very clearly the # of tubs included, not just cost (this should be a given?).
– Definitely overpriced for what it is ($30-40/month plus $8.95 shipping for only 3 small tubs of candy) but maybe people are ok paying for the "unboxing" experience vs. just the candy itself? Not sure.
– There's no way to check billing history.
– Selection of candy is based on your zip code – you won't be able to get everything you see on the main page pre- zip code entry so just keep that in mind. And popular items quickly run out of stock.

I can't believe I have paid 60 dollars for candy I can buy at the local grocery stores for much less. I said on my profile that I prefer mostly sweets and both boxes I have received have sour stuff in it and I hate sour candy. I imagined that I would be able to choose from the menu of all of the candies they have listed, but you get what they give you with no choice. Complete waste of money, and I am absolutely dissatisfied with with this company. Like I said, you are paying 80 percent more for candy tyou could buy at Dollar General.

DO NOT ORDER THIS CANDY IT COMES MELTED, AND WHEN YOU SEND A EMAIL TO THEM THEY WILL SAY THEY NEVER GET IT, THE CANDY IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE
