I have bought from this company for several years. I bought a set of expensive votive candles and they melted within 30 minutes. I contacted to the company for a refund or replacement of better quality. Jenny had me forward pictures. She claims I did not use the candles in a proper container. If these burn so unusually different than 99.9% candles in the world they should have a disclaimer on their website. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend.
