Candido was very knowledgeable of the options I had when I talked to him. He was also very patient and understanding when I told him I was cancelling my service. I appreciate that he was willing to stop when he saw I was not interested in pursing any further.
I also appreciate him saying, "God bless you," when we finished our conversation.
