Fraudulent non-existent business
I was contacted by this "business." Supposedly they sell prime real estate in such areas as Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tankah, Tulum, etc.
What made me suspicious is that I should wire money to an agent to get the formalities taken care of in advance.
When I enquired about registration with the relevant authorities, I was told that they were a legitimate business and that they had agents that acted on their behalf.
However, upon further research I discovered that there is no licensed business by that name. It's just a bunch of fraudsters that have set up a fake website and try to lure unsuspecting folks to their site by publishing fake posts on the internet.
