I am 100% positive that the driver stole my wallet with $815 cash, my drivers license, and credit cards. He saw the wallet be zipped into my luggage and he loaded it in the back of the van, then when we got to the airport my wallet was missing! The resort security video footage shows him getting into the back again while my husband and I are preoccupied and waiting for the bellboy to check that we are checked out. I called the company and the representative said to email all the details but to wait about a week for a response because they were dealing with a lot of "lost" wallets and passports! I have emailed countless times requesting some sort of compensation and the owner or manager never responded. Now the number I called and spoke to the representative previously has a "you have reached a non working number voicemail! Watch out for these different names and websites that they go by Feraltar , Lumaale , cancun-airport.net , and cancunairport-transportation.com
