Bought a Christmas tree from them on 2nd November (a Sunday).

The site is easy to navigate and checkout was super easy with full Paypal support.

Unfortunately I heard nothing until 7th November (the following Friday) where I got an email apologising but the last of their stock was damaged and they fully refunded me.

I did go and check on their website and indeed they do now say out of stock, (although I do always question if they actually just ran out and the website was not updated!)

These things do happen and although I feel as though they could have come to this conclusion quicker it was nice to receive an apology.

All in all I give them a 3. They seem an honest company, and the website does look good and it is easy to navigate. The refund was given at the same time as the apology. I'm knocking a star off due to last of stock being damaged, and another one because it took them 5 working days to tell me! (Although they may have been searching for one last one?!)
