Free shipping isn't true. Every time I try to order I'm charged for it. Tried to call-voice mail & email-no reply.

Great prices but they are lying about free shipping over $99. Tried couple times to order (all over 100.00) but each time a shipping fee. Searched for a disclaimer, called, & email-nothing. They operate out of soccer complex not a warehouse! Canarsee prove me wrong!

1st they have good prices but go elsewhere..they never answer their phones, they never respond to emails..maybe a week or two later they respond its unbelievable..how do they conduct business.
i am still waiting for a credit on items i had returned almost 2 weeks ago..their policy is 3 days after receipt they will credit you back..well still isnt happening…and they dont answer their phones and if I leave a message they dont respond to that either…unbelievable.. I wont buy anything from them again..BEWARE!!
I sent a email just today and also called but went to voicemail..buy elsewhere even if you save some money its not worth the problems and time with the lack of their responses..if you have an issue..plus even though they have free shipping to you..when you return something you pay for the shipping..thats understandable but they also take off your credit amount the cost of what the shipping of those items would have been..are you kidding..how slimey is that..such poor business practice..and the lady couldnt even give me what that figure would be..she guessed but had no idea..stay away..buy elsewhere…its so aggravating…

5/29/20 AND STILL NO CREDIT..NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SHIPPING BACK OF THE FED X PKG.THAT WAS ORIG.LOST BECAUSE CANARSEE SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS..ITS ON THEIR OWN INVOICE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG BILLING ADDRESS..THATS NOT MY FAULT BUT THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PKG.GOING BACK TO THEM..ARE YOU KIDDING…PLUS ITS NOW 2 WKS.I AM AWAITING MY CREDIT FOR SOME ITEMS RETURNED..THEIR POLICY IS 3 DAYS I HAVE MY CREDIT BUT NOW ITS 2 WKS.AND THEY FINALLY RESPONDED TODAY THAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR PKG.RETURN..

I ordered a pump eight days ago and have not heard anything from Canarsee about shipping or delivery, only the sales order and then my credit card showed they charged it. I tried calling yesterday and twice today and had to leave a message. Still nobody has called me back. Although this afternoon, I received an email with the tracking number showing that they printed the shipping label. The web site showed in stock and usually 5-7 days shipping, so I expected the pump before today, and not to get an email that they are shipping it after I had to remind them about the order. And still no return phone call.

Great selection of hard to find sump pumps. Thank you for your good job guys, I am alsways be with you!

Air vents have always been one of my favorite things to purchase through online supplies, but lately I feel like I have been getting horrible quality. Canarsee had a nice variety of air vents to select from, and made my shopping convenient. I ordered a taco air vent for my heating system, and have been living without a worry ever since. Whenever I place an order through an internet supply I feel like I always get the wrong end of the stick. Either it is via shipping, the difficulty to place the order, or something far worse such as receiving the wrong item in the mail. Purchased a tankless water heater made by Takagi, to install in my home. With my old radiant floor heating system in need of maintenance, I was shopping around for some tubing that would not only replace, but last longer than what was originally provided. After reading some reviews, I decided to go with the 陆鈥?Oxygen Barrier Pex Pipe by Everhot at the Canarsee store. I purchased 900鈥?feet because I wanted some extra just in case I needed to make repairs or for other uses.
Needless to say I was very impressed. The tubing was very strong while being easy enough to cut and place into the old fittings. It was not long before I was finished running the piping and I could not be more pleased with the results. The polyethylene tubing provides a great application for the heat emanating from the water inside the tubing while the oxygen barrier nature of the product means that I will not have to worry about it corroding any metals as part of the system.
Strong, flexible and easy to install, the Pex Pipe was well worth the low price and I hope to get many years out of this remarkable product for my new floor heating system.
Of course, the 25 year warranty certainly helped me make my decision to go with Canarsee and I received the product within a few days which was just in time for the weekend. Canarsee also provided free shipping which made the purchase even better, which means that I can heartily recommend Canarsee as the place to purchase Pex Pipe and the many other products they offer as well.

There are a bunch of plumbing suppliers with an online presence, but often I can't find what I need. Either the supplies I need are obscure or just not common, or are pieces to connect to other mechanics in plumbing. However, I found everything I needed at Canarsee.com, and I was impressed that they had not only seats and toilets, but circulator pumps for my boiler. I'm very pleased with my products, and I just wanted to give Canarsee.com a shout out so that others will know about it.
