Placed my order 11/17/20. Received notification of shipment on 12/14/20. Today 12/18/20 I tracked the number they gave me and it says 鈥渓abel has been created, not yet in system鈥? So it鈥檚 been 鈥渟hipped鈥?for 4 days now but printing the label is the only action that has taken place.

I ordered 2 items on 12/4/2020, I received an email saying it was out for delivery. I can鈥檛 track my items, and I still have not received my items. I鈥檓 probably going to dispute this at the bank and try and get my money back. This company pissed me off, they will never get an order from me ever again. I will also advise anyone who considers buying from this company to not do so!!!

I ordered something on Nov. 13 for a Xmas present. It鈥檚 Dec. 18 and nothing. I鈥檝e emailed the company twice and no response and the 鈥?track shipping 鈥?shows nothing. This company sucks. Don鈥檛 order from it!

Ordered 11/4. Shows 2/3 items shipped 11/27 and arrived in California on 12/4. A label was created but no update on shipment and it is now 12/18. Also no update on 3rd item. Won't reply to emails either. I'm accepting this as a loss.

Ordered on 12/05 label was made and it STILL hasnt shipped. No number to find and the email on site does not work…shame on me for just ordering before checking out if the company was legit

BEWARE

Ordered a product on 12/2- it is now 12/17 and still not delivered. No way to call that I can find. Sent email and no response. On their website it has a way to track but does not give you a tracking number so there is no way to do that. Not a happy customer at this point.
