Sadly is not possible to give 0. The worst experience ever had. Frist monthy should be 1 cent, they charged me 15 euro. I call 3 times (payg) then finaly someone was able to help me and says u will get a month without charges.
okay.. after a month again I was charged. After 15 minutes on phone the guy understand the situation says u will get back the money at exparation date in 30 days as u requested to terminate the contract in time and we maked a mistake. I recived also email as proof. We arrive at day of the end… and immagin…. I was charged other 15 euros. I call this reiterated stealing.

I liked the possibility to try out the service and see if I will like it. I never used it and decided to cancel it at the end of the trial period. Service is very limited, doesn't have basic packages and limited with the possibility to view it. I've expected that it will have either Playstation or Roku app, but it is limited only to Apple or Android.

But as it was mentioned in previous reviews, there is a caveat that the notification period is one month and they will charge me for the whole next month!

Cancellation can be done only via the phone, so the expectation to make it as painful as it can be and note about a month of the notice period is hidden well behind the drop-down menus:

"De eerste maand nemen wij voor onze rekening, net als de eenmalige kosten. Daarna start je betaalde abonnement. Je kunt dit per maand opzeggen. Houd rekening met een maand opzegtermijn."
