I did the mistake of subscribing with this company for 24 months. Four months before my contract expired i contacted them to cancel and I was told to contact them bit later , approx 2 months. In short I contacted Canal Digital in March and cancelled my subscription which was ending end of April. In April i received a faktura to pay for May so I called them and they recognized the mistake. They said that there was some problem in the system and that they fixed it and no charge will come. Today 31st of May (it's 00:40 now) they just took money from my account for a subscription that has been cancelled and it's not valid any more.

What else to say, that they are thieves? That I have to be checking my account every month to make sure they don't steal my money? Or that they are unprofessional? Or that this company is a JOKE? Stay away and don't spend your money nor your energy here. There are way much better products out there.

*** Apparently this happens for many customers so I believe we should at least report this company to the Swedish consumer association.

Kind and helpful customer service but rarely deliver on promises. Has been nothing but headache. On every bill I have received I have been over-charged and had to call to adjust. Been a customer for less than a year and signed on with a salesman who came to my home, promised me the world and when I've emailed this agreement to the headquarters they say it's not valid. I have signed a deal for 2 years to get a bunch of free hardware but I want out. Have since installed fiber optics in my home and wish I could just switch back to good internet, Netflix, and HBO. plus the proxy streaming from Canada/US. No satellites, no bullsh*t and even with a VPN service way less money.

One year ago I started a subscription. I am not watching Swedish TV so much, but if I want to see it, I want HD. I have to say: until now everything went okay. But the best way to test the quality of a firm os when you start to have problems. Well, I have now. Suddenly no signal at all anymore! When I started the subscription. they were so fast. But now: "We have now booked an technician who will contact you within 10 days." So it can take some weeks before I have Swedish TV back? This is really a very bad service! I am happy that I am not dependent of Canal Digital to watch the world final and the Tour de France. Because I also have canaldigitaal.nl .
