Iphone battery lasted 5 mths till it died, 1 yr warranty but they want you to ship it back for testing for 50 dollar battery.
Will not buy again from these people!

Very bad experiences, wrong item, and very low quality. Not recommended to waste the money for this garbage. I ordered through the laptop model number and they sent wrong items because the battery wasn't available for shipping.

I purchased a new battery for my samsung tablet tab E before week, but i received a defected battery and the tab wasn't able to power on ,the same day i made a chat call with the Canadianbatteries.com representative and they opened a service ticket ,they asked me to upload the received battery's images with the serial number etc … and after an hour or 2 i got an email telling me to not send back the defected battery us and the replacement battery is on the way with no payment , today i got the battery and my samsung tab is working properly , this is my positive experience with this company ,Thanks

The Motorola batteries normally purchased were significantly more expensive. These were exact fit replacements. Time will tell if they also last as long.

Website was easy to navigate, found the product I was looking for easily. Checkout process was simple and straightforward.

So far so good (just installed the battery and my computer recognizes it). Will still have to see if the battery works and holds a charge. Shipping was a bit slower than I thought (did not actually ship out for several days, which was longer than I expected, although it was during the holiday period).

Only place I could find in Canada that had these batteries for this specific phone make and model. And a good price.

The site did not seem to be fully compatible with my very old I-pad so I had a little trouble navigating through the on-line order, i.e. I was kicked back to the start when I tried to complete the order, but I was very happy with the website and service once I got through that.

New battery for an older model Dyson handheld vacuum was received quickly and works better than the old one did when it was new!

Ordered a battery for my laptop and the new battery was defective. They quickly sent me a replacement battery that ended up defective also. They then refunded me quickly because the batteries were defective from the manufacturer. So excellent customer service just to bad the batteries had a manufacture defect. They did let me know that they are working with the manufacturer to resolve the problems with the batteries.
I had the same problem with the batteries from a different seller that probably had the same manufacturer.
I ended up buying a battery from dell and this one works like it should.

It's too soon, really, to rate the battery received. Initially, I'd say it's great–100% better than the original Dyson battery that was a total dud. So, excellent in the short term. The real test will be how long it lasts. I gave four out of five stars because it would have been instructive to receive instructions with the battery with regard to whether one should totally drain it before recharging and, therefore, not keep the hand vacuum docked in the charger when not in use.

I ordered the battery on 03 Nov 19 and received it on the 04 Dec 19
That was an unreasonable time to wait .

expedited shipping was requested AND PAID FOR but it was delayed as on "back order". this was not mentioned when purchased so completely misleading.

I found the product online and called to confirm if it would fit my device which it did. I ordered the product and it arrived in a timely manner and it worked fine. I would recommend canadianbatteries.com.

Finding the product was great but confirmation that it was in stock was not available. I must assume that it is as there was nothing stating it was not. Won't know till it arrives. Hopefully within the time period I need.

difficult to search for products, too much noise on the website to focus users, strange payment / checkout.

Ordering online was a bit tricky (don't know whether it was me or the site layout) but once completed delivery was fast and product seems to work well.

Order was split in two shipments – not clear why.
Second Canada Post Expedited was unusually delayed – not clear why.
