I am writing another review, as I tried to update my earlier 1-star review, and I could not edit it. Since 5 August when I wrote my negative review, I was contacted by Rick at Canadian Prescription Drugstore. He apologized for the problems with the shipping and told me he would look into it and get my prescription sent out right away with tracking at no additional cost to me. The order arrived today, so I am happy to say that Rick did everything he promised and I can't ask for better than that. I appreciate that he made the effort to make it right.

We have used them for years. Good service and products. Email is the best way to contact… sending a check in the mail (5% discount) is the best way to pay. They activate the order as soon as you tell them via email "the check is in the mail". A one-time Lifetime shipping fee is a big plus. I recommend them to anyone.

Did not receive my order and I let them talk me into paying with a check against my better judgement. its easy to get a hold of them until they get your money. don't. send them any money ITS A TOTAL SCAM!

I placed an order in May. Due to stock issues the order was not shipped until August and I was then overseas. The order was held in customs until I furnished my prescription. When I did this it was refused as the prescription was now more that 3 months old and the tablets were destroyed.

I ordered my prescription in May of this year. Sent check to cover cost of prescription as well as cost of shipping. Product didn't come until mid-August. Couldn't get responses from customer service even though I called, emailed and did everything possible on my end until I threatened going to Canadian Better Business with complaints. Very dissatisfied in the handling of my prescription. VERY FRUSTRATING.

We are regular users and have generally good experiences. However for no known reason there are times orders fall into a black hole never to heard from again unless you start asking questions.
For example, the same prescription sometimes shows up in 12 days, at at other times its 45 days and takes multiple emails and calls to get the order moving. Our way of handling it is to have a supply and order early.
Otherwise the pricing is great.

You will receive brand name products at a much discounted rate compared to the United States. You do need to allow for at least one month from the time you place your order until you receive it. Quality of communication is inconsistent. I think they may have some difficulty with staffing from time to time. At times I have tried calling and emailing without any response. Other times I have had excellent communication chatting with someone on their website via live text messages. It's somewhat of a roll of the dice if you receive a timely response. You will most likely need to be diligent in following up to ensure your order is being processed. If you do that, and you make sure you allow for a good amount of lead time before you need your next refill, this pharmacy will provide you with the meds you need at a fraction of the cost in the US. Given the cost difference, I have a bit more tolerance for less than excellent communication at times as I am sure they are trying to keep their expenses low.

They don't respond to phone calls.
I called 3 times and left messages regarding my order status, and never
received a reply.
In addition, when you call very rarely does a person answer, and you
have to leave a message.
It leaves me with the impression its a small and under capitalized company.

The price was great ! Customer service reasonably responsive. Product was correct. Problem was that delivery took well over a month, apparently because of issues with MASTER CARD. Worth giving them another chance, but will order well in advance.

As above. I had to call them after a month and then again after 3 more weeks.
Only good thing was that I was never charged.

I was impressed with everything from ordering to to receiving. The cost was cut down to almost nothing. I will always continue to get my prescription filled here. Thanks Canadian Drug Store!

I've ordered twice from the Canadian prescription drugstore in the last two years. Each time there was a loss of my prescription from my Dr when faxed. This, of course, delayed my order by a month. Trying to make contact through the number on website was also a task in itself. Very few times was the call answered or was I ever contacted when I left a message. I will say, when someone did answer, he was very polite, very helpful and apologetic. In each case, I eventually received my order, at least two or so months later, and was very satisfied with the product.

It takes two months to get an Rx from India. This surprised me the 1st time but I planned for the long delay the second time. They DO come through in the end and the prices are good.

Order online, 2 weeks later the status of my order is still pending. Called and email customer service but went straight to voicemail. This is terrible service, I am trying to get my money back from them.
not sure why others rate them 5 star. maybe some of these guys were paid companies to provide good reviews.

I have been a very satisfied customer of canadianprescriptiondrugstore for approximately 8 years. I could NOT afford my prescriptions at US prices. Personnel have been professional, prompt and courteous in each and every transaction. I hope to continue to be a customer for as long as I need prescribed medications.
