I sent my request at 9:00pm on a Monday night, got my unlock code at 10:15 the same night! 75 minutes! I have used several different providers in the past, with turnaround times ranging from 24 hours to 4 days.

. I understand If I am unlocking an Android device such as a Samsung or any other Android model, that I must make sure prior to ordering that my phone prompts for an unlock code automatically when I insert an unsupported SIM card.

So I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 from Rogers, and after 3 years I was still being charged monthly for my subsidised phone purchase with that should have ended after my 2 year agreement was complete. Rogers told me I had to call them to tell them my 2 year agreement ended. After I copied CBC, Global on my response email, Rogers decided to send me a cheque for the 13 months of scam charges. I obviously switched carriers and when I called to get the unlock code for my S7, I was told that my particular Galaxy S7 model was one of the only models that didn't allow for unlocking, which was strange since my other carriers sim card caused my phone to prompt for an unlock code. Enter canadaunlock .(sorry for the rambling on) 2 days later my phone is on my new carrier and all is well. Now time to get a new phone lol

Thanks so much to CanadaUnlocking.com. My phone was sim locked from Freedom mobility as I purchased the phone through them and switched providers. After contacting them twice and waiting twelve days each time as they said it could take them that long to generate a code for me I was feeling like I was out of options other than to wait – I launched a complaint through CCTS against Freedom but that can take up to another 30 days just to have Freedom contact me in regards to my complaint. The transaction was fast and worked as promised. Thanks again.

I live in the U.K., I bought a mifi on eBay that was supposed to be unlocked. Because of the coronavirus I didn鈥檛 check it and when I did it was locked to an Australian mobile company. After paying my $25 US., Canada unlocking were unable to get me an unlock code, so they gave me a full refund. Now that鈥檚 an honest company who deserves my 5 star rating and a big thank you for being honest and refunding their fee, not too many companies on line are that honest.

Awesome service from Lee and his teammates! Bell couldn't unlock the phone for me even though I worked for them at their headquarters in their mobility department and CanadaUnlocking got it done in less than 2 days! It was worth paying the extra money than to be on the phone for 2 hours with Bell and being transferred to 3 different departments and ended up getting nothing done and being on the phone again the next day to try to figure out how to unlock a simple iPhone with no contract tied to it, no outstanding fees and neither was it a fraud or stolen phone. I can鈥檛 believe that this is legit, I鈥檝e been to lot of unlocking site, but they just ripped me off. Finally I found 1 that is real and very fast to unlocked my iPhone 7plus, I鈥檓 waiting for there iCloud removal so they can unlocked my iPhone 8 iCloud..great job guys. See u nxt time again.

My network provider was raw dogging me. Freedumb. LG tried to be helpful, but not successful and they made the phone. Canadaunlocking.com took a few hours. There first attempt was not successful.
