This place is garbage. They have the worst customer service experience I have experience. I am not at all convinced that they are a legit company, but if they are they are terrible. I ordered my products 6 weeks ago and never received it and have no tracking number or any idea when I will receive it.

Their name is MISLEADING. Their name is Canada Lighting Experts but prices are in USD, which you are only notified of once you go to plug in your credit card number.

No product specs on site. Long chat wait time.Chat as helpful. Coupon code wouldn't apply. Then, at the last second, you show that you will be charging in American dollars instead of Canadian. IT is misleading that you make it look like you're a Canadian company.

There is no product information on your website. I would like to know the wattage, does it use light bulbs, is it dimmable, what is the maximum wattage if using bulbs, and what is your return policy, and how are returns made. I did call the number on your website and got the message that all sales people were in a meeting, and to use code meeting 20 for a discount. Your code does not work. If I like the lights and your service I will purchase additional lighting.

"Canada" Lighting? Charging in USD? That is not clear until one has finished shopping. It's sneaky. And the shipping fee is added too at the very last second. So one has to mentally add another 35% to it all. It leaves a bad taste. Don't mislead by omission. Be upfront. I bought it anyway because I'd spent too much time on the purchase, but I won't be back.

The products that I purchased (step lights) were exactly what I have been looking for for some time and appear to be of high quality and fit great into a normal size electrical box. The delivery of the items from the time they cleared customs was a little slow (7 & 8 days) as 3 lights arrived one day and then the 4th light arrived the next day. However many thanks –

I have used Canada Lighting Experts for many years; when we renovated our home, we sourced 90% of our fixtures here. The variety and quality of lighting made it possible to create the exact feeling we wanted for every room, and the strength of the shopping filters cut the time required to sift through the possibilities. Our lighting choices still bring a smile to our face every day. Not something many people could say about their lamps and ceiling lights!

It would me more honest and upfront of you if you indicated that your prices, for a company called "Canada Lighting"were in USD, when the customer first looks at the product. Instead you only indicate this after the customer has filled out the form and gotten our their credit card. This is disgusting.

I ordered a console table (over $1000 CAD) through this company. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to them concerning the status of my order which hadn't shipped yet after one week, I decided to cancel my order. After one whole week, I still haven't heard from them, no confirmation, no refund, NOTHING! They don't answer emails, they don't reach out to their customers. Never again!

Service was great minus a a small hitch with your computer system giving the wrong price after Ozed discounted my online quote but he explained everything is OK and it was. The only other issue was that no one picked up my call to customer service, called 2x, waited over an hour to ask if you ship via FedEx – don't want to use DHL.

Easy to find the desired light fixtures and the navigation through the order and payment process was clear and informative. There is not enough information on the product descriptions. It would be nice to know if the post fixture fits a 3 inch post. And the attachments required for the wall mount fixture would be nice to know as well. And while the bulb size is indicated it is not known if an LED, compact flourescent or other type of bulb can also work… Just the size and wattage.

Fairly easy moving through site.
Was furious that you call yourself a Canadian site yet one does not find out that your prices are in us dollars. After spending hours going through sites and hours going through all variations of your lights twice to ensure these were the lights I wanted. To find out at checkout is rediculus. There are plenty of options to let the customers know BEFORE one shops your site, During etc. Other sites do, there is no reason your site can't as well.
