Using my credit card without my full consent

A certain person called me last week of August introducing his name as Eden Smith an Account Manager from Canadian Immigration Express. When he called me, he interrogated me for certain matters based on my important information needed for my Canadian Visa Assessment. After a while he asked for my card details to go for the payment using my credit card and used it without my full consent. I called him back and asked if would it be possible to reverse the transaction, but he insisted instead and forwarded me to his so called supervisor. However, after I spoke with his supervisor I found out that after the call, in my statement of account, the charge amounting $1,000 already reflected. I messaged Mr Eden Smith via his email but I was forwarded and called by different agent instead. Now, the balance of my statement of account amounting to $1000.00 is still outstanding.
