My husband placed an order online for me. And, he realized it was a different style. So, he emailed to the email address provided from the website based on the order cancellation policy. We were going to pay the addtional fee in order to cancel the org. order and re-place an order w/correct product. He emailed them in two hours after the org. Order was placed. Linda Kam refused to cancel the order. She said due to the time difference, there is delay of receiving emails, eventhough you emailed us right away and the product has not been shipped out, there is no way canceling the order. Her statement does not comply with her order cancellation policy. According to her, nobody will be able to cancel the order ever.

I placed an order for winter parka. They processed my credit card payment but never shipped the merchandise I ordered. I tried to go back to their website to cancel my order but their website went offline so I could not do anything. Definite scam and fraudulent website based out of China.

I paid, but no delivery. They did not reply my email as well. The automatic email after paying said "Please note "www.comfortgaoqiujd.com" will be displayed on your credit card statement instead of the website from which you purchased the mentioned product.It's just used for sending bill statement by the seller's payment processor as a tool." Could you tell me what can I do now?
