Had the most awesome holiday in Canada excellently organised by Canada by Design. When our train trip was unavoidably disrupted we were immediately refunded C400. Could not fault the planning was perfect, so was the weather, not sure they planned that too.

We loved our holiday in Canada. all of the tours and hotels arranged by the company were excellent. They made the holiday a breeze. We would love to come back again and visit in the Summer for a totally different holiday and would be happy to use this company again.

The planning stage was a bit disjointed with different people responding to our email queries. But the final itinerary was great and Jasmine was fantastic in sorting out changes, making sure we didn't get stuck in the Rockies, and promptly organising refunds due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Our experience with Canada by Design was great. Referred by friends, they were easy and convenient to deal with over email, and we had 1 x point of contact for majority of the booking process. We had plenty of input into the itinerary and made a few mistakes with it in hindsight, mainly because of lack of knowledge about Canada. Some of the extra features turned out to be fairly average, and most of our best experiences were simply what we stumbled across along the way or on the side of the road, as against paid for extras

Except for the hurricane and no power for 3 days (we won't blame you for that one) the accommodations, car, pass and whale watching were great. We will be going back hopefully soon. Thank you

Trip was good, but there were some faults. Tour guide at Lake Louise was not good.

Also for first day in Banff, I arrived at about 10:00 AM, but could not get into hotel room until about 2:00PM. Also not activities were planned for first day.

Canada by Design was fabulous to work with. They continued to revise and work a proposal for me as my clients were fine tuning what they wanted to do on vacation. They were very quick with their responses. My clients came back afterwards and said it was such a great job they wanted me to help them with another destination. Thank you Canada by Design!

We had a great trip thanks to the team at Canada by Design. Even making changes on the go the team helped and were very accommodating. They were quick to advise us of a strike by the Alaska ferry workers and we were able to work around it. All of our bookings were as requested and there were no glitches on arrival at any of the hotels. this was our second time using a U drive holiday and I think it is the only way to travel thanks team.

I had to change my travel plans to the US East coast at the very last minute due to Hurricane Dorian. We decided to go to the West coast of Canada. However, due to the very short notice none of the package tours were still available for the dates we needed. Canada by Design did an amazing job of planning a wonderful 2 week trip for us with only 5 days notice !! They got us exactly what we wanted and were very flexible about making any changes we wanted. I would use them again and have already recommended them to many friends who admired our holiday photos on FB.
