THEY TOOK A PRE-ORDER, AND DELIVERED IT 6 MONTHS LATER AND CHARGED ME FOR IT.

WORST PART IS, WHEN I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL THEY TOLD ME TO JUST GO TO POST OFFICE AND SHIP IT BACK TO THEM.

Before ordering the SRAM Force AXS eTap groupset, I asked if the rear derailleur with a 36T max cage (medium cage). Pascale's response was "Yes, I can confirm that it's a medium cage …" I ordered the groupset. Two weeks later I received the groupset (all other parts I ordered elsewhere (USA, UK) I received them within a week, note that CanadaBicycleparts is located within 20 km of my residence). Surprise! the rear derailleur has a short cage. I immediately wrote for an explanation and here is Pascale's response: "Thanks for contacting us … I'm sorry but the technician never answered me about your question. From what I can see, it is very possible that this groupset is only available with a derailleur, small cage, maximum capacity of 33D. But I'll check it out and get back to you shortly, Thanks for your understanding, Pasquale CanadaBicycleParts.com "What you have to understand is that he is saying anything and after that, get by! Online store that I strongly advise against.

Ordered a bicycle stand and a set of pry-bars from these guys, they then sent me an email stating they didnt have the pry-bars and that my invoice would be adjusted(which it never was). Then after i contacted them to ask where my confirmation and tracking info was, weeks later, they sent me tracking info, but still no invoice or adjustment on my order. Now its been over a month and my stand has been "returned to sender because of an error in the address". Ive sent them multiple emails asking for a refund and still no reply. So i guess im going to have to contact VISA to get my 300$ back. These guys are incompetent and what they are doing is criminal. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
PS. They like to write their own reviews, you can tell because all their positive reviews were uploaded the same day at aprox the same time.

Never recover my order. Even though (they say) it was shipped. They don't reply to emails after you order something and phone support is non existent. This is why amazon keeps getting my business. Even if it costs more. AVOID.

placed an order, a few days later i get a nice email, stating they didn;t have it in stock, so i asked for a refund, Dom responded by asking if there was anything similar they could give me instead, i again said no and asked for a refund, 2 days later, no response, nothing, i look at my account and see they had now placed my order as a back order, so i write again asking them to cancel the order and again asked for a refund. Again no response… two days later, the order is finally cancelled but no refund… again no response, so i email again to ask for a refund. and it;s been 4 days and still no response. Although i finally got my refund. Ultimately a very moody and very childish customer service department. I was very polite and respectful, but they completely lost interest in serving me as soon as i asked for a refund. Ultimately along with their terrible customer service, they are over priced and their shipping is way too expensive, i actually found what i needed from a online shop in england, which was $15 cheaper, and the shipping was under $10 CAD, where as this shops price was about $15, i see no advantage buying from these guys unless you want to gamble and like being treated like crap… in these days and times. customer service and prices are what separate you from the pack, sadly this place offer none of those things… stay far,far away….

I needed a good handle bar bag for my bike excerions and found exactly what I needed from Canada Bicylce parts. They carry select merch and the best so i don't have to search the site for hours wondering which one I should get.
