Canada Wig

Please dont waste your money or time you wont get what you ordered and the quility is horriable no one to contact you wont get your money back the product comes from China and it takes forever . So disappointed

Canada Wig is such a reliable Canadian online wig company. I鈥檝e ordered many wigs from this company over the past year and every wig has come quickly and been the correct style and colour. The only problem that ever occurred was an extended back order due to the pandemic and Canada Wig handled the solution beautifully. I ordered a wig when COVID-19 started and it was on back order by the factory for many months. Canada Wig emailed me every time the factory changed to extend the back order and kept me informed with every change. After months of waiting Canada Wig asked if I would like to order another wig as the back order had been extended once again by the factory into next year. I changed my order to another wig that I had come to love and received it within only one week and Canada Wig even included a lovely gift of wig care products. I cannot recommend this company high enough. April has consistently answered all of my questions promptly and has been so helpful. Thank you April for all of your help.

I have been purchasing wigs from Canadawig.com for a few years and have purchased numerous wigs. My experience has been great, wigs have been delivered on time and always in good form. I have returned a wig that didn鈥檛 work for me and the return experience was also good. Great to have a Canadian company to purchase from.

This company rips people off. I am a single mom on a limited income with Allie is.

I paid almost $300 for a wig and it never showed up. I have emailed them since it was order (May 2020) letting them know it was never received.

They showed no empathy, nor any attempt to resolve the issue.
They don鈥檛 set up Postal services to require signature for your larc so if it gets lost in the mail they do nothing to help you.

I bought loyally from them and will never do this again. I will find another online company who offers appropriate customer service.

I鈥檓 so disappointed they made no attempt to replace the order.

I received my order quickly but I had to return it due to the colour…just way too blond for me. April was wonderful and provided me with lots of guidance and links to see the various colours I was considering. My wig was on back order and due to COVID the delivery took longer than expected but I am absolutely thrilled with it. I will be dealing with Canada Wig again based on the care and attention they provided. I had contacted April several times and she was so very helpful.

I wanted to shop canadian and found canadawig.com and would have given 5 stars but my order took 12 days to receive. I get that it's coronavirus and not their fault. It was delayed by canada post 2 days also they were supposed to delivery on the 3rd and I didn't get it until the 7th this Sunday. The wig is amazing and the care they took in packaging is beautiful 😀

I have been required to wear a wig for the last year. April has been so helpful and wonderful to deal with when I didn't know anything about the first thing about wigs. I love Canada Wig! They have been an essential service during covid-19 to get my hair. Thank you April! I will be ordering again soon.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. My wife is going through radiation and lost her hair quickly so was important for her. Was told 5-7 business days and product was in stock. Today is 15 days with no response to emails or multiple calls and messages. Had to get visa involved.

It's been 2 months they took my money and havent sent anything nor will they reply to my emails. I've also tried calling their office with no avail.

I placed an order and it said the wigs would be shipped within 3-5 business days. I鈥檓 on day 10 and it鈥檚 still pending. And NO reply from either emails I鈥檝e sent. I definitely won鈥檛 be ordering from Canadawigs.com again!

i feel i had been duped… i ordered the wig with the anticipation that it will be shipped 3 days after… after 10 days, i called Toronto office only to learn that the wig i ordered is back order and will take 5 to 7 business days… now im on my 10th business day and the order is still pending/processing..

Terrible customer service, terrible return policy, terrible products.
