I was told that the shipment would take 10 to 20 business days. It actually took 11 weeks to receive my order.
Suggestion – it would be convenient if there were a way to make online payments.

Has been a pleasant experience. Everyone is always very nice. Shipment just takes very long so I have to order almost a month before I need the script. Wish it could take only 2 weeks for delivery. .

My order shipped MAY 4 stated to expect arrival within 20 days (which you deny, but I can forward you my copy) , but now you tell me that I was told 6 to 8 weeks. I am about to run out and don't know where to get some immediately.

Normally a good job , however you failed miserably during the COV-19 pandemic. twice my medications were significantly delayed. I need to take these daily , that is critical. I was not able to do that which may have caused me permanent damage. That cannot be fixed w/ a $10 coupon.

I've been using Canada Pharmacy for about 15 years for my pets' medications. The prices are substantially less than at my vet's, and are better than those on line. The customer service is excellent — they call me to remind me that I'm due for a refill. The only down side is that the products come from various parts of the world and sometimes take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. If the time frame becomes longer than originally estimated, however, a customer service rep will call and let you know. I paid an initial shipping fee of $25 in the beginning so my shipping has been free since then.

My order is now 3 weeks late and when I called to ask about it the lady I spoke with said that the computers were down but that she would call back and leave a message with the information as to what was happening. She didn't call back. So I waited and then called again when I was told that all orders are some number of weeks late. Why didn't the first lady just say this?

I made my order on April 15, 2020. It was shipped April 24, 2020. I have been told it will be delivered by June 19,2020. Quite a long time.

I've had one bad experience after another with Canada Pharmacy. I ordered from them the first time with no problem and paid $135 for my prescription. On the second order, I was told the price would go up to $190 because the lesser cost version was not available. I turned it down because my need was not urgent. Two weeks later they call and offer me a $30 discount to buy the prescription. I agree. Then nothing happens. I call them two weeks later and they tell me it is being processed and I should receive it in 5 or so business days. Two weeks later I still haven't received anything and call back again. Then I am told that my prescription has expired. Well, it wasn't expired when I placed the order. They can't help me so I have to go back to my doctor to get a new prescription written. Then I send them the prescription and am told again it will be processed in a day or two and then shipped. I am told I should receive it in one to two weeks. Two weeks later I still haven't received anything so call again. My order still hadn't been processed. This process took nearly two months, numerous phone calls and a lot of aggravation from my original order to receiving the prescription. It was one screw up after another and no follow through on the part of Canada Pharmacy. And I feel that they jacked up the price so much using a flimsy excuse that it isn't even saving me much money anymore. I doubt I will ever use them again. It's just not worth it.

I have loved doing business with Canada Pharmacy. They are professional and, compared to American Pharmacies, much more reasonably priced.

The medications are less than they are in the U.S. and the customer service and communication is great. They stay on top of the order and let you know when to expect the shipment. Good work!

Took almost 3 months for the order to arrive, and could not be tracked. However, they were very good about reordering when the order had not shown up after such a long time.

Very good service and email notification….but Canada Pharmacy does not seem to understand the "speed" of the US Mail service from Central Florida…I usually get a call after 4 days to find out if I mailed a check….and then in another 2-3 days…..which gets to be a pain….now with the pandemic and protesting in cities…..mail service could take even longer….

To raise prices at a time, this time, when all people that need Their medicine is uncaring and unjust. I am sad to say i am searching a new outlet to purchase my necessary statin. I will advise my friends who I recommended this company to as well when i find a company that operates more reasonably and fairly.
