I live in Australia, and was travelling to Canada this June 2020 before Covid-19 struck. I ordered two visas, paid and had confirmation within 15 minutes. After a few days I told my friends what I had paid, $75 US @, and they almost feel off their chair, as they had paid about [email protected] I left it a few months and last night emailed the company to ask it I could 1. Cancel the visas and get a full refund(as can't travel) 2. If can't cancel, can I get a partial refund or can they match the price of other companies? 3. Explain why I paid so much?. I had a lovely ladie Jayne respond all most straight away. She said that once in the system they can't be cancelled, the reason why it is more expensive is because they last 5 years or whatever your passport expiry date is (which ever comes earlier) and they offer 24 hour support and other reasons you can read up on. Anyway Jayne offered 25% credit back for each visa, as a gesture, which we accepted. Jayne processed them straight away and sent a follow up email. Jaynes service was impeccable, especially in these very hard times where emotions are running high.

We somehow missed the necessity to have an eTA to enter Canada until <24 hours prior. In a stressed panic I emailed the 24/7 helpline and Jayne was an absolute calming godsend. All was sorted within an hour of first contact – my husband and I are ever so grateful. The process itself was super speedy but oh so not recommended to leave until the last minute! Thank you Jayne for answering our questions and calming our frazzled nerves.

Fantastic – thank you!! Completely stressed the day before my flight as the eTA hadn't been processed though I thought it had been. Support helped me sort everything out, and ensured my eTA was processed so I could catch my flight.

I was very impressed by the prompt, courteous and very helpful response I got when emailing the service with a mistake I had made in my application. I was expecting something prohibitive in it's officialdom, but instead got a personal and very supportive response.

My experience in getting the eTA online for my mother to be able to travel to Canada from Mexico was very easy and fast. I appreciate Jayne's help and support after the application as an email address needed to be changed. Jayne was very helpful and kind. Overall a wonderful experience.
