I ordered a tarp online on 26. June and received a HOODIE on the 6. July!
There was no return label, so I had to contact them to get one – which I got in a self print form a week later!
My last email from them was from 30. July – but so far nothing has happened and I have NOT had my money returned yet. Will report to police for fraud asap.

Pretty dissatisfied with that company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite cancelling my order well in advance of shipment, Campz decided to ship it anyway to force me to do the hassle of a return (and make me keep the order).

Once I returned it, Campz has not been responsive despite I can prove that it is return.

Use another site for your outdoor needs.

Before I bought my water proof pants I checked the CampZ website and it says that you can return your order for free with in 30 days. The package came and I decided not to keep my order. I placed the return label on the package and brought it to the post office the same day I received the package. The post office said that the label was not prepaid and I have to pay for the package to be returned to the sender. I then sent the package back paying out of my own pocket and I tried to call CampZ and no one is picking up the phone and I sent an email to their service email address as well as through their website and no answer. I am still trying to get my money back for paying for returning my package.

In other words the company鈥檚 customer service is horrible and the website has untrue facts so don鈥檛 order from this company unless you want to get scammed. Don鈥檛 trust what you read.

Ordered products 2,5 weeks ago. All products are in stock, but the order has not been shipped yet. Contacted support 3 times. They are slow to answer and only provide minimum reply like "everything looks fine". PS: I ordered something else a couple of days before, which was shipped same day, so they are able to do it right.

I made an order with 2 products, both products have been shipped on the 23rd of June according to them and they should have arrived in 2-3 working days. One product arrived as promised, the other we have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. There is a tracking number but no info. I contacted PostNord and they don't have it. I finally got an email today (I've been writing them multiple times since last week) that the product might be lost. Since I have to travel on the 9th of July, I was forced to go and buy the product elsewhere. Now I hope at least they'll give me my money back.

Really bad order handling. I have not received my package. They have closed their telephone line and hardly do not communicate by email. They captured the money, send a tracking link but the parcel is NOT shipped. REALLY concerning.

Their 4 Star rating is completely off. Must be reviews they made themselves. I ordered camping equipment more than two weeks ago now worth a fortune. When you order you don't receive an order confirmation. They have closed their phone lines as the absolute only one in this industry(ever heard of re-directing phone calls so you can still answer your customers if you work from home???) They don't reply on emails and now I received only 2 of 30 items that I ordered. Whether this is because they don't have the other things in stock or if they fked up I don't know. I refuse to believe you are receiving so many email requests that your staff can't keep up. Then what was the waiting time when your phone was working? And they have drawn All the money too by the way. They can't seem to answer and this was the only tracking link I got after two weeks. SOLID 2-5 DAYS PROMISE! Dont advertise with this kind of BS if you can't live up to it. Your competitors have delivered in this corona period the next day after I ordered. Never using you again.

I made an order the Sunday, and just after when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that I sent to an older address it was stored in the website, immediately I tried to contact via phone, website and mail. I got the day after an answer and told me that cannot make anything, just wait for the person who lives there reject the parcel, even the parcel was not sent, or even had not registered to the postal service.

So I am here, that I paid a lot of money, and probably the only option is drive to the address and try to contact to the people living there and ask for storage the package for me or reject it. I think this is a joke of service, because I found and inform about the issue 2 minutes after I made the order.

Order is visible online, but didn鈥檛 receive a confirmation e-mail yet, as they promised should be there within an hour. It鈥檚 now almost 22 hours after I have ordered.
My order is also 鈥榰nder behandling鈥?now for 22 hours and no status change yet. This does not give me a good feeling about this website.

Got everything I ordered within a few days. No problems at all with any of the products or shipping, nicely wrapped to protect it and everything looked the same as the pictures online + the size guides for clothes worked.

What a perfect company! Great prices, great selection of products and excellent customers support.

I receive items ordered in 3-4 days, returns get refunded pretty fast and I just called customers support and got through without waiting in queue.

Very good service. Already bought several times and is aleays satisfying. Only one thing is that the shoes are coming in a bag so the boxes get broken but the products are in a perfect condition. Will order again.

Sent two orders back to them, with their own return label, straight after receiving them. Almost 4 weeks has gone by and still no refund.

Excellent customer service! Not only they shipped my order very fast also they had amazing support when I realized my shoe had a defect, they have refunded money and were nice and helpful through the process!! Highly recommended online store, one of the best out there!!
