Bought a running water bottle and it was leaking, so I immediately contacted Customer Service and sent photos of the product. CS was great, as they immediately prepared to send out a replacement of the product immediately. Replacement was working fine, so no complaints here.

Be careful, this is scam shop.
Its German version is not returning money!
Its Swiss version is pretending to be Swiss shop, while it is not and resulting in overcharging my credit card with almost 1,75% for every purchase.
I never ever saw anything like this

I am trying to get a refund for a shoe which got damaged in two months. The procedure is on going since half year. They didn鈥檛 reply me anything in the first 3 months and since than we didn鈥檛 get far neither… they told me to send a shoe back, after i done it they immediately answered that they got it and they will let me know soon what next. Well that was more than a month ago but still nothing happened.. no i dont have the damaged shoe neither the refund.. definitely the worst customer service i have ever experienced and i was living in 3 different continent so far. I cant understand how a company like that operate in Switzerland.

Customer service doesn't reply to my emails regarding an order I made one month ago. Looks nice, good brands but the service is super bad. If you want to order, don't do it. Order somewhere else!

Let me start with:
The tent itself is good and the freight was impeccable!
The tent is an Eureka! Autumn Wind 2 EXO …

BUT!
1: The tent was ordered in Cactus green, but delivered in a ugly light "seasick gray"
2: The floor plan for the tent is completely in the woods. It absolutely does not fit with reality.
On the floor plan, the base of the sleeper-cabin is indicated as being rectangular, with a width of 145cm.
In fact it is highly trapezoidal, with maximum width in the main section of 140cm (even measured with good will) and width of 110cm in the foot area (even measured with very good will).
So the very expensive Sea to Summit Double sleeping pad with a width of 132cm fits in no way!
The error with floor plan and measurements lies with the manufacturer, but Campz may hardly have been ignorant of previous customer experience of this (since 2015!). As a result of elementary customer care, it should be statet in the text-description of the tent.
That some warehouse employee does not know the actual products and grabs the first and best (and in the wrong color), has most likely been tried by everyone doing online purchases, and now I have to live with a tent that I think is a terrible colour.
Fortunately, it was on offer, a good offer and freight.
PS: Unfortunately, the tent is in use this weekend and it is therefore impossible to get changed.
PPS: One of the tent's three aluminum bars was strongly curved from the start, which may indicate that it has been used ???
