They use multi-factor authentication to protect against phishing.
They use intruder lockout to prevent brute forcing. After three failed login attempts you need to call or go in to reset your account.
They also actively discourage users from sending PII via email.
The biggest issue from the WOT perspective is probably the lack of a posted privacy policy.
All in all, it's a safe, reliable and easy-to-use online banking site.
